You can stretch your hair for length retention. Do the Banding Method and it really helps. Also two strand twists and three strand twist will help with length retention.

That happens sometimes. You can have a mixture of various types of hair. You have a nice 👍🏽 grade of hair. Watch Mini Marley’s hair videos. Get a smaller pick for picking after twist outs. You don’t have to lay your edges at all. Some people do some don’t
I been transition from my perm for like a year now. But I don't know my type and I only been putting it a ponytail. The gym is horrible on my hair. I tried to twist out and then go to work but my hair is wet by the time I leave the gym. 5am class and I'm out the door for work at 7. No time. Help me plz. I can send pic of my hair. I'm washing it this weekend.

I used that deep conditioner until the end and it did nothing for my 3c fine low porosity shoulder length hair. In my opinion, it's an expensive product for no reason. There are cheaper ones on the market that better.
