    I absolutely love your videos! I'm a massage therapist that specializes in injury and rehab techniques. I constantly refer my clients to your videos. You've changed my life for the better, I grew up with an S curve scoliosis, I couldn't breathe without pain for most of my life, and I thought that was normal for the longest time.     wow - can't believe you can do the wrist stretch on your leg - clearly my wrists need stretching as I can't even get my wrist on my length with my fingers pointing towards my body! Thank you for this terrific information!

    Hey doc jen Is there any solution for ganglion cyst... I want to train calisthenics but my wrist hurt when i do push ups... is there anything I can do besides surgery?

      You can see an MD to drain it without needing surgery, however, you will still need to work on your wrist mobility daily after (and before) that!
