RIP Robin George 😢. He passed away yesterday, according to a Facebook post on his page there. He will be missed. This was a freat song and will show Robin at his best, forever on.
This was a brilliant album. i saw Robin twice back in the day. One time standing in for Tony Clarkin on a Magnum tour and again in support of Reo Speedwaggon. He was class!
I _loved_ this song back when it first came out. They tried releasing it a couple of times in the UK, but it didn't quite crack the top 40, so never got onto the Radio 1's playlist which would (IMO) likely have propelled this into the top 10.
Back in my college days, I first saw this video come on MTV real late one Saturday night (remember those days?) sometime around very early 1985, and I immediately went out to the record store that very next morning and bought this record. I played this tune until I wore the album out.
I first saw him with Magnum and followed him after that tour, Chase the dragon? Hopefully someone will know for certain. Kerrang! certainly supported him.
Brilliant tune love it I've got this on picture disc single from when I was a lad and the album he kinda reminds me of marc bolan that way he's sings...🤔🤔
Too bad this wasn't a hit as it deserved a chance. Forgot about it until 25 years later I found a 45 at a yard sale for 25 cents. The title sounded familiar so I got it and glad I did.
You've done a great job here with the audio mix. Vastly improved the video version. Great song but the 1985 video dated, but hey, that was what you got in those days.
"You've done a great job here with the audio mix" Thanks! Note the amazing audio mix is all Robin George and any coproducers All i did was sync that mix to the video, using technology not available to video producers in 1985
Musically, this song is unique and I like it a lot. But to me the lyrics are nothing special and don't really add to it. I'd still give it like a 4/5 though.
This song deserves a lot of attention and a chart re-entry.
A very great song

I came here to look him up. rip to the dead but this song is CRRAZZY 😂
*great
Wow. I just got into his debut solo album like a couple of months ago.
This man was so ahead of his time. Should've been a superstar. All the best Sir.
Had the LP on vinyl back in 85. The record was blue. Way cool.
Very saddened to hear of the passing of Robin George on 28th April 2024 . A great talent taken too soon.
I was today years old when I discovered this amazing song and Robin George's passing. R.I.P.
Another one that never made it in the states, so this is the first time I've seen it. I have a feeling I would have loved this bitd. RIP brother.
Saddened by the news of Robin's passing. Pulled out this lp and the Notorious lp with Sean Harris. Brilliant musician.
R.I.P Robin. I've been listening to your music since the 80s. Sadly missed.

Saw him play with Magnum at a pub called The Cleveland Arms in Wolverhampton in the late 70's I think but may have been later, great show. RIP

Yep. Had this on cassette and it was in heavy rotation in the car's stereo.
I played it so much, the letters were rubbed off the cassette! 🤣🤣🤣
I disagree, this song and video are totally ACE. Brilliant song and video.

Yes when the original MTV was in existence. Remember that time well.
Very sad news. Here he was the young new king, ready to take the world by storm. Didn't quite work out like that, but 'Heartline' is a classic tune.

Another ultra-handsome boy has left the building! RIP beautiful Robin! ♥
Absolutely heartbroken 💔 R.I.P Robin.
Shocked to hear this news. R.I.P Robin.

If my memory serves me right, the Dangerous Music album was digitally recorded. It must have been one of the first.
Ry Cooder beat him by 6 years. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_recording
RIP😮
Love this song since eiighties
Don't know how I missed this in '85. This would've sat nicely on Bon Jovi 1.
Rest in Peace.
Probably the most 80s sounding rock song ever.

@@antera77 Good job syncing all the same. The other music video of it, the original? is a pile of poo to listen to by comparison.
RIP Rob.
Farewell Robin 😢
Excelente.
VERY GOOD
👌
Never heard of this song. 🤷🏻♂️🇨🇦
I Overheard from the British "Ghosts" adjoining next door that I am going to be Unplugged!
Better than a Nerve Agent I Suppose!
🇺🇲✌️😎
I found it.
MacGyver singing in a rock band
Fairly impressive video apart from the cheesy graphics.
Song sucks but RIP George. Many will remember you. ☹️
