The KC-135 isn’t based on the 707 like the caption stated. It is based on the same prototype Boeing 367-80 that led to the 707, and its first flight was 6 months before the 707. The 707 came later and is longer and wider to accommodate 6-across seating as an airliner. The 707 and the 135 airframes are brothers, but not twins.
The E-3 is based on the 707 tho. It was nice to see my old unit with their upgraded mission consoles.

Also , the KC-125R does NOT need a ground cart to start. It has a APU in the aft section. We just prefer the air carts to save hours on the APU.

Hope you don't have to edit out a dive taken by a mechanic because he stood on the top rung of a ladder.

A V-22 avoiding a MANPAD is like finding a Unicorn fucking a Leprechaun in the woods. Can not turn that fast as the missile is approaching MACH 2.5-3.0. Yer done! Now to safely Crash that ride yer in. The only Helicopter to pull that off is Sikorsky (Little Bird.) Barrel rolled faster than the weapon could track.

V-22 are no match for a modern shoulder launched or long range SAM. Big, loud and slow with a huge heat and radar profile. A WW2 fighter would shoot it down easily. I understand why they train but have no illusions about survival on the modern battlefield. They are transport aircraft. Complicated and really expensive transport aircraft. I prefer the Chinook or the 53.

Chinook moves even slower and flies lower. The V-22 has a higher ceiling and flies faster.

8:29. A KC-135 can carry 1,000 tons of fuel (200,000 pounds.) Are you totally sure about that? LOL.

Well, the take-off weight is 322,500 pounds, so maybe?
