Jako lep video! I vrlo lepo snimljen, potpuno profesionalno.

Brand new rail line but there's already grass growing between the tracks and really close to the catenary poles. This pisses me off so much about us Serbs. We're building all that expensive infrastructure, but are not able to maintain it properly. And for the most part it's a mentality problem that starts at the top of the company and goes to the simple railway worker at the bottom. I'm also surprised that those Russian DMUs aren't going faster than 100 kph.
Hi, Rail Relaxation - I am greatly enjoying this, your latest (most recent) video - you always give us such beautiful views of the countryside you drive your trains through! As your viewer who pays careful attention to the sound as well as to the graphics, I can hear that you are now using your new stereo microphone. What is very interesting is - I am hearing the stereophonic sound from your microphone when your train is STOPPED at stations, but the moment your train begins to gain speed when leaving stations, the sound level increases, and your audio goes from stereo to monaural. This change from stereo to mono is happening NOT because of anything having to do with your microphone, but because your VIDEO CAMERA is AUTOMATICALLY switching its recording to monaural sound whenever the decibel (sound) level increases above a certain point. For example, listen carefully to the audio when your train arrives in BATAJNICA (17:45 on your timeline). The sound is MONAURAL, even AFTER the train stops. THEN you will begin to hear the camera "relax" and let the sound return to stereo - it becomes more spacious, more natural, more relaxed, sounding the same as we would hear with our own ears on board the train. You can hear the idling diesel engine, and the voices of people coming from the right-hand side of the train. (Oh my, it's too bad your train had "flat" wheels - having to listen to that constant pounding sound must have been tiresome after a while. Railways should make a better effort at preventing and repairing "flat wheels," which are caused by the brakes being applied too hard, causing the wheels so slide rather than roll freely along the track, grinding a flat spot into the treads of the wheels, which then have to be turned on a wheel lathe to remove the flat spots.) I don't know which make and model of video camera you are using, so I can't tell you for sure, but there MAY be a setting on your video camera which you can adjust so that your camera records the sound in stereo at ALL decibel levels. You will understand what I am saying when you listen through a good pair of stereo headphones. You will hear the different quality of the sound of the train when it is stopped at stations - compared to how it sounds after the train departs the stations and picks up speed. The sound goes from stereophonic to monaural. I hope your camera lets you change its audio settings so that you can record in stereo ALL the time. Thank you for making the effort to get a good microphone!
@Jos Callinet Thank you very much for your comment. I really appreciate that you share your knowledge with me. I use Go Pro camera, 11 for that video. I really would like that you understand my situation. I bought 3 different microphones and I always try to record the sound from outside on external microphone and also from inside of the cabine with a different external microphone. But it is very hard because when the driver is talking I can`t use the audio from inside of the cabin. And many times they don't permit. to put the microphone inside of the cabin. So I am very sorry that the sound is not always ideal and I appreciate your understanding. I am trying every time for better result.
@@RailRelaxation - THANK YOU for helping me to understand what you are ACTUALLY having to do when making your videos! It is NO SURPRISE to me at all now why you lose the good sound - there is VERY strong wind blowing into whichever microphone you have installed outside the cabin - the wind noise basically dominates (replaces) the sound of the train itself. I understand now why you can't install a good stereo microphone inside the driver's cabin, because for the most part you are not allowed to do so. What some other train-cabin videographers (like for example, Dulevoz) do, when they're allowed to record the sound from inside their driver's cabins, is to edit out all train-crew conversations and railway radio communications from their videos and replace them with total silence or music. You have helped me to understand much better what you are doing and why. Thank you VERY much for replying so promptly, courteously and informatively to my comments! I strongly agree with your many other viewers that you make top-notch videos!
@Jos Callinet I really appreciate your comment. I am trying to figure it out how to improve the sound. At the beginning I was using just the GoPro camera and, as you said, the wind noise was too loud. I think that many of other train-cabin videographers are actually train drivers, so it is much easier to record everything from the inside of the cabin. I think the image quality from the outside is way better. So there is a trade-off between the image and sound quality. Thank you again and have a nice Sunday!
@@RailRelaxation I understand why you prefer to place your camera outside the driver's cabin - you avoid having to make your videos through the many dirty driver's cabin windows which we see in other people's videos! I am 100% in favor of trading off the sound in favor of the image, as you do! I do have one question, however - what do you do when an insect - a bug - flies into your camera's lens? One big "bug splat" and your camera can't "see" any more. What do you do about it when that happens? Clean the lens as soon as you can the next time the train stops at a station? Or do you use some kind of a wind deflector near your camera which forces flying insects up and away from your camera's lens?
It is a pity, as train is Diesel-electric unit, that it has no on board transformer to use 25kV AC overhead line it has for high speed part (BG-Ruma) but it must burn Diesel. Same is true for BG-Vršac line, as there is electrification until Pančevo.

Kad god dolazim u Šabac,i prelazim preko drumskog mosta, uvek mi pogled ode ka Starom mostu,čija mi je prelepa rešetkasta konstukcija.

@bluelucky28 I found the info that the line was opened on December 2019 but I am not sure if it was reopened after a long time?

Railways should make a better effort at preventing and repairing "flat wheels," which are caused by the brakes being applied too hard, causing the wheels so slide rather than roll freely along the track, grinding a flat spot into the treads of the wheels, which then have to be turned on a wheel lathe to remove the flat spots.)
I don't know which make and model of video camera you are using, so I can't tell you for sure, but there MAY be a setting on your video camera which you can adjust so that your camera records the sound in stereo at ALL decibel levels.
@@joscallinet6260 normally when this happen I have to repeat the line and hope for more luck. I don't use anything to avoid the insects.
This train has a serious "flat tire" (worn bearing on the wheel), probably more than one.
@darko k puno vam hvala.
It is a pity, as train is Diesel-electric unit, that it has no on board transformer to use 25kV AC overhead line it has for high speed part (BG-Ruma) but it must burn Diesel.
Same is true for BG-Vršac line, as there is electrification until Pančevo.
Jad i beda,pružni prelazi otvoreni.

Malo prije kraja videa (3:02:35) se pruga odvaja prema BiH no vlak nastavlja dalje.
