I recently had a interview with them as well, 3 weeks ago and they called me that same day offering me the job. this week I started my onboarding training. ✈️
Hi Ennis!! I am blown away I was actually in the same group activity as you!! Congratulations on your CJO! Way to go!! 🎊 wish you the best! I unfortunately did not get it as I was too nervous and I think it became obvious. I am actually able to reapply in a couple of weeks and I am so excited!
I just put in my reservation for the hiring event near me, I am also from the Houston area !! Super excited / nervous at the same time.. thx for the video !!
Keep applying bro you’re over qualified! I applied to AA and have no FA experience whatsoever and I received my CJO 2 days ago! They’re still hiring bro a bunch of airlines are! Wish you all the best
I wish you the best. But if it doesn’t work out, it’s all good. Keep trying and keep going for your goals. The good thing is you are actually working and getting exp right now.
I will say that just getting to the F2F is a big deal but you definitely should have dressed up more. I will say from my interview with United and another major airline was that they took into consideration if as a male you were wearing a suit and tie and as a girl dress or blazer. Wishing you the best of luck!
Wish u the best of luck, I went for my f2f post water leak at the training center, and got my cto this Sunday! Can’t wait for the next update and even if it doesn’t work out use this experience for future interviews ! You got this!
@@EnnisGomez yes! Fingers crossed in currently waiting anxiously for a call or an email with a training date so I can start getting my head in the right space
@@makaylatran be confident and be true to yourself, the reason you were offered a f2f is because you made a great first impression in your 1-1, so all u have to do and is go to houston and show them in person how good of asset youd be and dont forget to smile !! Have a great time, wish u the best of luck.
@@EnnisGomez Cabin crew must be a fun job. It’s kind of ironic how I fly frequently, but I’m still scared of turbulence even though it’s statistically safer flying than driving to the airport.
Congrats and it’s a career building exercise. If it works awesome and don’t sweat if it doesn’t. You’ll know how to approach it next time minus the water leak lol
Try Southwest. I think they'd like you. P.S Have you applied to be a customer service agent? That way you can work locally. Or do stewarts also have to do a few hours automatically of being a ground CSR? I know Alaska hires agents that are strictly CSR. P.S if you were in my state of Washington, the starting wage I saw was $18/ hr starting. But since you are already a flight attendant, maybe it's best to stay as a flight attendant so you can negotiate pay, if hired. And it looks like FA's get more with an average of $30 to even almost $50 /hr (depending on years of employment). I am not a fan of group interviews. Unfortunately, HR sometimes just has to meet a interview quota and they may only choose 2 out of all interviewees.
yeah i tried gate agent or just customer service but since im an FA i prefer to just continue with being an FA, regardless I will keep trying. Also yeah group interviews can be rough but meeting the people there was really fun it made things a little more light hearted.
One tip that worked for me and I actually found out it did after the fact. Tell them you'll give the job 101 percent. Might sound cheezy to some but it worked when I interviewed 30 years ago.
@@ChrisLee66 Not your son Chris. Just thinks the 101% comment is stupid. It is impossible to give more than 100% If you got the job after making that comment, it was despite making the comment. Glad it worked for you. Hope Ennis gets an offer.
So i had to first do an On-Demand Video Interview. & Today, I have to do a live virtual interview 1:1 interview. So does this mean, i still gotta do a 3rd in-person in Texas?

You’re right, I just wasn’t prepared due to not being home I had just finished working a trip and didn’t have time to go home for clothes such as suits and stuff

How long did it take you from the day you finished training to start working? Another 3 weeks?
I work at United as a charter analyst in Chicago for 2 years!!!! Good luck my friend and rock it out!

Good luck, Ennis! Don't worry about being nervous. It goes with the territory. They take that into account. Hope you hear soon.
Yeah im hoping they can take that into account because i did good everything else
It's all experience and the more you do the more your win that interview.

What job was it for with United? Aircraft Technician?
For which position Ramps or flight attendant?
What was the atire of the applicants, sport coat/slacks, polo/slacks?
How did you apply? I looked up in the website and only find specific jobs 😢
You should have worn a suit or something that looks more professional.
