- Chef Jason Vaughn’s goal is to make food that anyone can have a soulful connection with, whether they grew up eating it or not. At Nancy’s Hustle that may take form in a corn porridge sourdough, Turkish lamb dumplings or even their namesake dish Nancy Cakes. By incorporating well-known flavors into dishes this Houston restaurant is able to push the boundaries and expand their patrons' palates.

i swear houston has americas most magnificent and undiscovered food scene. diversity + reasonable prices = greatness.
I have fallen in love with this place and I haven't been there yet.
Dang that liver mousse with the bread holy! 👍 and the noodle dish 🤦♂️ Nvr mind everything looked good
This looks amazing. He really won me over, particularly with his fresh take on classic dishes (the manti, paratha with liver). It looks exactly like elevated comfort food. Amazing work.
I love Houston, I'm going to go asap!
