+Magically Mia The daily intake is usually 2000 cals. Five times that is what you'd eat in five days. (wow i just did maths. holy crap.) You could eat five days worth of food in one day!? I defo couldn't!!!

You should have calories that you can drink as well as they don't make you as full and they empty from your stomach faster. A ventilator frappe from Starbucks has like 500 calories in and u can add extra :)

I recon thats alright if you are very sedentary and do not exercise (1500 kcal a day should be the minimum!). Consider eating more on days you are active, unless you are trying to lose weight (however, it does not appear you should lose weight). Im a registered dietician :)

Then you're bulimic. 2 Chipotle burritos with Guac is basically 3000 calories.
+Adam No I'm not bulimic. I don't have an ED. I just have a limit to have much i can eat before throwing up. Same as most normal people. I'm skinny so I can't eat a craptonne of food. Especially unhealthy food. I eat as healthy as i can because i can eat more savory food than unhealthy junk. But I'm able to eat loads and not put the weight on which is nice but I can't eat loads. 3000 cals would be the maximum I'd eat in a day without wanting to throw up.
And don't assume that I'm bulimic because of how much i eat. What if i was bulimic and that i struggled with food? Do you really think your comment is nice? "Then you're bulimic" No. I'm not. Everyone has a limit to how much they can eat, 3000 cals would be mine. Just cause it isn't yours doesn't mean its not mine.
Adam don't be ridiculous - you obviously don't have a clue what you're talking about. Many HEALTHY eaters would feel sick after 3000 calories and rightly so. Let's not shame people for having a HEALTHY limit to their food intake.

Next time look for natural high calorie foods, for example nuts are high calorie foods and then if you cover them with something like yogurt or chocolate that's more, maybe drinks like cocktails which you wouldn't think have a lot in although do. Well done though! I wouldn't of even been able to eat 3000!

I would see it as a big cheat day if I did it, like every day for me is a cheat day but if I was to do that challenge omg I think I would love it, I am a huge food fan! 😂 I probably wouldn't be able to pass 4000 though because my eyes are bigger then my belly so when I see food I am like YESS I CAN MANAGE YOU ALL, but then I get towards the end and I am stuffed so yeah I would be better of watching these challenges when I'm full but when I'm hungry it just makes me wanna try it haha! 😂

I dont think this is a healthy challenge for people to do.
It is not healthy to push your body that far.it would take you 5 days or np eating to burn that off fully and thats not healthy. So after this challenge you will never really be the same weight as you were for a while as you were at the start of the challenge.
DO NOT do this at home
Anu Forkan Of course your body can be the same afterwards😂 It's just food- chill, the biggest issue here is the waste, not the effect on the body.
Anu Forkan agreed but it depends on the person and their fitness levels.. if you are a very active person and work out a lot and have a lot of muscle, one day like this is unlikely to harm you because your metabolism is capable to cope. It’s if you do this on the regular, thats when it can get quite dangerous. You should watch Natasha Ocean, she explains this really well in her videos.
Caitlin Morgan it still is not a healthy challenge to do. Some people might be fine after it but some people wont.
Anu Forkan it’s obviously not a healthy challenge to do, but it’s not that deep to do this ONCE.

Daisy Middlebrook no carbohydrates are the most filling from the food groups, I study dietary nutrition I would know, your about 10
Fats and protein fill you up the least. Carbs fill the most.
carbs are things like bread and pasta aka dinner foods which fill you up the most
