    Gosh, I haven't seen or heard Brian playing in some time. The last occasion was along with his brother Dominic in Eugene Meehan's pub in Kilty a good few years ago. Superb artist. Brilliant to see this v.t. 🎼🎻🎻👍

    There's a Sligo/Leitrim feel bout this one. Its lovely.

      Brian Rooney is a Leitrim man and the first tune he plays was composed by another Leitrim fiddler, Maurice Lennon : John Brennan being a Sligo fiddler, the second tune seems to have many titles including Jim Kelly,s, A Night in Ennis, Tipperary Fancy, but it is generally acknowledged to be a Sligo reel so you would be right regarding the Sligo/ Leitrim lilt to these tunes !!
