It's hard to imagine that he was so nervous and concerned about not being accepted that this amazing special almost didn't happen...he looks relaxed and enjoying himself..🥰❤️

Except for the fact that he expected women to do everything he wanted to do with condition of him doing whatever he wanted, while they waited around for him to beckon for his call.
And his friends had to do everything he said , and he would get mad if anybody opposed him..
I like Elvis music, don't get me wrong. I appreciate what he did for his time. And yes he was very generous.
But far from not egotistical.....
His Memphis mafia would literally talk about his ego all the time!
Hence why he was so sensitive to any negativity towards him !
And had to have everyone bend to his will, because it would've hurt his ego.....

The producers had to round up an audience outside the building where this was filmed to fill up the seats!
you know why of course? His manager was given the tickets and promised to distribute them to people. He did not do so and they had to scramble to fill seats outside the large group of pre-invited VIPs; not because he had no support.
