I have this conjunction in my chart at the exact grade, but... it's in Libra on the 12th (Scorpio ASC), so both the ruler and co-ruler of my chart are in conjunction. I guess the sign and the house suppress the expression of the intensity which lies within. From my experience it's been a lot of work to do dealing with feelings of frustration for not fairly exteriorizing the intense emotions that I've felt (most of all anger), at least it looks nicely aspected (sextiles with Sun and Neptune). Sometimes I feel like I'm a bag of contradictions sometimes like I'm a very balanced individual, not to mention I have my Sun in Leo square my ASC. It seems that my Scorpio rising and my 12th house are waiting me to cause havoc in my life so I guess I will need immense wisdom to cope with it.

This video is so old that I hope you or someone in your comments section will answer. You said that an active life in certain activities is good for this aspect (Tai chi, karate etc) My son is a scorpio sun conjunct mars. In fact he has venus,mercury, mars, sun and Jupiter in Scorpio. Pluto in the 8th trine saturn in the fifth. He loves guns. I instinctually decided to have him trained with a professional at a range because I know that my son will find a way to do whatever it is he wants especially if it's taboo.. I don't want him to be hurt by accident or anyone else. (Unfortunately live in a city where guns are easy to get your hands on) His trainer says that he is really good with technique and that he shows alot of respect for the rules and safety. He spends more time sighting at the range for perfect accuracy than actually firing the gun. He has decided to be a gunsmith or firearms instructor. I don't really like the idea. It's all so dangerous to me and I don't know how he ever became interested. Long story shorter...Does this make sense for a Mars Pluto male? Is it a good idea that I have allowed him to train in such a dangerous field? He started at 16. He is now 17.
My Mom has this and was physically abusive to me and my sister when we were little and mentally manipulative as we are adults. She has that scary stare that you spoke of. I realized this placement in her chart because I have moon opposite pluto and the videos I watch say that I have a plutonian Mother. At first I was like but shes a Libra! Now I get it. Do you have an Ephemeris? If so, if you haven't done this before, check out if there is a "S" or an "A" in the orb degrees. If the aspect is "S" (separating) it could point to this. The energy of the two is abating most particularly if the orb is "wider" (more than 5° apart).

I'll figure out the rest in regards to Venus squaring this aspect, Mars squ. by 3orb. and Pluto squ. by 6 orb, while their Mercury also conj. Venus, and squares their Uranus but no longer Mars, neither Pluto. What a concoction!!!! ... lol ... ;-)
I have Mars-Pluto-Uranus conjunct in Virgo, trice Mercury in Taurus, sextile (unafflicted and strong) Neptune in Scorpio, weak-trine a strong, unafflicted Moon in Capricorn, square Venus-Jupiter in Gemini, and opposition Saturn in Pisces. How does one interpret such a complex set of aspects? :|

My teen Pisces-Aquarius/moon--Leo rising son has this aspect with the Mars in Scorpio in the 4th (2 degrees) . He just graduated from high school where he was very active in team sports, but I worry about him, he just suddenly gets so angry. He's been in physical fights with practically ALL his friends. He's never been arrested, but I feel at a loss as to what to do. I just think it's a matter of time that he'll ruin his whole life because of his quick temper

You said that an active life in certain activities is good for this aspect (Tai chi, karate etc) My son is a scorpio sun conjunct mars. In fact he has venus,mercury, mars, sun and Jupiter in Scorpio. Pluto in the 8th trine saturn in the fifth.
He loves guns. I instinctually decided to have him trained with a professional at a range because I know that my son will find a way to do whatever it is he wants especially if it's taboo..
I don't want him to be hurt by accident or anyone else. (Unfortunately live in a city where guns are easy to get your hands on)
His trainer says that he is really good with technique and that he shows alot of respect for the rules and safety. He spends more time sighting at the range for perfect accuracy than actually firing the gun. He has decided to be a gunsmith or firearms instructor. I don't really like the idea. It's all so dangerous to me and I don't know how he ever became interested. Long story shorter...Does this make sense for a Mars Pluto male? Is it a good idea that I have allowed him to train in such a dangerous field? He started at 16. He is now 17.

I realized this placement in her chart because I have moon opposite pluto and the videos I watch say that I have a plutonian Mother. At first I was like but shes a Libra! Now I get it.
Another common thread I found is my sister and I both have Saturn opposite Moon and so does my Mom.

I also have Mars and Pluto and the South node in Scorpio (but in the 2nd house) trine my sun that is conjunct neptune (both on my IC). I have a Sagittarius stellium though (Libra rising here).

My Nan has Mars Conjunct Pluto in Leo, also Conjunct her Mercury and she is nothing like this, she’s extremely placid.
Do you have an Ephemeris? If so, if you haven't done this before, check out if there is a "S" or an "A" in the orb degrees. If the aspect is "S" (separating) it could point to this. The energy of the two is abating most particularly if the orb is "wider" (more than 5° apart).

@@georgeshephard5984 Thanks. It could be that this otherwise very powerful aspect has been weakening over the course of time. An uncle of mine had this, too, and there was none of the extreme aggression associated with Mars/Pluto.

My natal chart has this conjunction and have Scorpio Ascendant conjunct Uranus. But here's the catch... my Mars conjunct Pluto is in Libra 12th House, which is supposed to soften these conjunctions a lot?
