    4 land forms: cape, island, isthmus and peninsula
    4 water forms: bay, lake, strait, gulf
    Pitcher, sponge, bucket, apron and a protector with a ring
    Presentation:
    Invite the child
    Both the guide and the child wear aprons
    Introduce the activity
    Have the child bring the tray to the table
    Let the child know that we are going to do standing up. Remove the chair
    Have the child unroll the protector
    Put the pitcher in the top middle
    Put the sponge centered in front of the pitcher
    Put the bucket under the table
    Put the ring back on the tray
    Go to the shelf and bring the Land and Water forms to the table (the water form on the left) on the protector
    Bring the pitcher to the sink for water
    Pour the water into the lake, and wipe the pitcher with sponge
    Pour the water into the island, and wipe the pitcher
    Give the name to the child
    Point to the lake form and say : this is lake
    Point to the island form and say : If we have water around the land is called island
    Do the three period lesson for language: “point to the island, point to the lake” “put your hands above the lake and then island
    Let the child know that you are going to show how to clean up so he could do the activity
    Empty the water from the tray to the bucket
    Take the bucket and pour the water to the recycling bucket
    Come back and invite the child to do the activity
    When the child finish, have him to clean up the activity
    Make sure that the tray is completely dry. We can use towel to dry the tray and put them in shelf.
    Note:
    Present each land and water form with each pair in the same manner
    This material can have special table that a child can work with all the water and land forms or outside
    This land and water forms can be presented with the child with real soil. Dig a hole on the dirt and pour the water on them
    Following exercises:
    Have land and water form folders.
    Have pictures of real land and water forms (lake, island, strait, isthmus, etc) from all over the world so total we will have ten folders. The autographs have to be in card stock and on the back has the name of the picture that related.

    Definition set include the language cards in envelopes and the booklet
    Have definition booklets

    Note:
    Eventually give the child the definition for each land and water form
