Installing Long Travel on the Shop Tacoma

- Check in at the store as we go through a typical end of the week and weekend at the Overland Outfitters shop. This time we are installing a full Long Travel kit on the front of the shop Toyota Tacoma from JD Fabrication with King Shocks. Lots of work, and lots of good times!

Hey love your content. I do have noob question. Why did you select JD Fab over Dirt King , Total Kaos, etc for your long travel?
The JD arms have better clearance underneath, and have more travel for the width. I also like the sealed uniballs instead of squeaky poly bushings or exposed uniballs. Their LCA pivot relocation kit is really what sold me the most though.

I purchased the total chaos mid travel stock length kit a couple years ago. now I see they released the +2 expedition kit out. there is no way to use the kings extended 2.5 with res. on the new build, or can a fab shop weld something to use my old kit. I have both the lower and upper TC control arms. any suggestions . thanks oh, on a 2006 tacoma 4x4
No unfortunately long travel requires 8" shocks with a different rod end and coil seat setup

Yeah they were decent for what they were! Running 37" nitto ridge grapplers now and like them better for of road, but not as good in snow
