I bought a cadence sensing E bike with hub drive because it was so fun to ride at the bike shop. I already knew that hub drive was inferior for several reasons but didn’t realize how unnatural cadence sensing feels. Subsequently I built a mid drive, torque sensing bike and enjoy the use of battery assist without the runaway tendency with ghost peddling on cadence sensing. I really like the sturdy appearance of your bike as I am planning to build a trike for my wife.I hope I can find something like that to convert. With a backpack and rear rack on the original bike I can do most of the grocery shopping. Saving money and getting exercise are great for senior citizens, completed 71 years today!
Amber, this comment has nothing to do with E bikes. But I just saw the short with you being BAPTIZED!!! AMEN! All of heaven DOES rejoice, and we rejoice with you!!!!! No one can take you from His mighty hand! ❤❤❤
Thanks Princess. I've been considering a regular trike for my dog to pull in the off season. (She pulls me on a kick sled in the winter). I really like the added benefit of the E-trike, and love all the baskets/cargo capacity. We live on a gravel road so the fat tire option looks like the best fit for us. Thanks again!
Wonder if the VA or Medicare would spring for one of these for me. I really don't want one of those carts like people use in the stores to shop. I am so glad you put in your personal back experience with this Trike. I am now to the point I can barely walk down the stairs due to the pain. Wish they had something for disabled Veterans. YEAH, I know when pigs fly. 😏😏
Where do you park it? i’d like to see a review of you going to the grocery store parking it and be locking it. Do you have to remove the battery when you lock it up to go grocery shopping?
I live in a Las Vegas suburb, but the car traffic is still way too busy to be using a trike on the road or sidewalk. I would get run-over with how crazy some drivers are.
The carrying capacity and speed were both mentioned in the video. I can’t compare it to a golf cart, it’s a totally different vehicle. No insurance is required on an e bike
Adults can legally ride on the sidewalks where you live?! Bicycle-pedestrian accidents typically result in serious injuries, mostly for the pedestrian. FYI, at 55-years of age I fell off a bicycle when someone ahead of me, off to the left, slowed and suddenly swerved into my path (albeit, to avoid a poisonous snake). I doubt I would’ve fallen off had I been riding a trike-and would have avoided a broken collarbone and six broken ribs. Wish in you happy and safe cycling!
Yup, you could get $25 a day for just renting it out. I would love to see a vid of you charhing ebikes on you next power station.... we all know there will be one. That takes you to no insurance, registration or gas costs.... and that is amazing. (Unlike a motorcycle you lean away from the turn.... that takes getting used to.)
I need one of those! I'm too old to do anymore mountain-biking , and my arthritis is also in my thumbs and a few fingers. Plus falling off a two wheel could result in serious injuries now. The Moon cool looks Kool! Does this model have reverse?
I have more trike reviews coming. Cheap Walmart bicycles have spoiled people into thinking a bike is $150. GOOD bicycles are $600 or more so this is not that bad when you consider it has a motor.
Considering that driving a car costs $.60 per mile, the cost is not so bad. The main problem with those of us in the trike demographic is the uphill climb. The battery assist mitigates that and allows us to get some exercise and fresh air. We have a railroad track converted to paved walking and biking trail in Paris,Texas which I have ridden to Detroit (That’s in Texas too) 19 miles east of my house. Runs close to several stores and food sources. The electric bike is getting me back on the trail after a knee replacement. Love it!

Thanks for doing the trike review. I’m going on 60 yo and I think an eTrike would be perfect for getting around town and doing grocery shopping.

I am from the UK so it was great to have a little look around some of California, I can just see Rocky and Nala in those baskets. x
I got the TK1 Foldable trike. 85% assemble. Had to do handlebars, seat, light, and basket. I love it. We have the same color!
Oooohhh I want this one! I’ve been wanting an adult size trike for a while. Sooo fun.
Thank you for this review. I have been considering such a vehicle for a while. Gratiude!

I use to have a little brown kitchen in my first apartment. Little brown flower wallpaper and all. I miss that cozy little kitchen and the look of it.
I love it and the color as well! Another very good review.
Looks like a fun & practical conveyance😊
Hi prepper princess that is one cool trike. So glad you are excercising and enjoying riding your new Trike in the park 👍😃
Thanks for the trike review. I’ve been wanting to get one.
Wow that looks great I wish I could use one like that for grabbing groceries and etcetera
This is very nice!
Thank you for this review. I would love to have a trike.

Great review ✔️ I own a "lectric" e bike and quite pleased with it. Almost purchased a trike, but didn't do to the weight.
Love this. AWESOME COLOR.
Good afternoon 🌞 blessings,sooo cool 😎
Looks like lots of fun !
Could it do rolling hills? I live in SE Missouri where our roads can rise or fall 100' or more in a quarter mile.
Yes
Might be a good option for me as I am under 5’
Wow, great review, at the moment they are sold out!
My bike is charged on my off grid solar. Haven’t saved enough for a Tesla yet. If you can’t pay cash, can’t afford it.
Looks like fun!
Yay! I have been wanting one!
Tricycles are awesome
I could see getting groceries with this
How does it compare with golf carts in terms of speed & carrying capacity for grocery shopping, etc? What about motor insurance??
The carrying capacity and speed were both mentioned in the video. I can’t compare it to a golf cart, it’s a totally different vehicle. No insurance is required on an e bike
Do you have an opinion/experience with foldable models? Love this trike!
I have two more reviews coming. Both are foldable
@@PrepperPrincess thanks!

I need one of those! I'm too old to do anymore mountain-biking , and my arthritis is also in my thumbs and a few fingers. Plus falling off a two wheel could result in serious injuries now. The Moon cool looks Kool! Does this model have reverse?
No trikes or e bikes have reverse
@@PrepperPrincessI have seen one that does. I can't remember the model, but there is one.
This is great! Especially with gas prices.
Wow an etrike to go around with your two dogs in the back basket?
I tried. They hate it. Rocky starts digging and Nala starts barking. She prefers a backpack
Love the color of that trike! This is great and would be very useful and easier to ride!
Cool!!❤
Luv it ❤. So Cool...I can do that.
It's lovely but I'd probably need a wider seat. 😂
That is as wide as they make them
How is that on the back?
On the back? Not sure understand your question
No using a bike on sidewalks where I live. Pretty darn pricey for the average person.

@@PrepperPrincess^This! Until I broke down & bought a “better bike” ($$$), I never realized that there is a big difference!

I'm only 4ft 11in so I would be too short for this E-Bike.
Not true you can easily operate this three wheeled beauty, don’t sell yourself short.. lol
I have more trike reviews coming. The next one is easy for height challenged folks 😃
Ok. Thank you Prepper Princess!
