I got to say I loved this review and I think I got some reviews and if I get something that takes this much assembly I'm following you and just saying forget it. I got a lot of people that come to me with their bikes every spring just to adjust the breaks and derailers or change cables. I bike company of any type should know the average person can't complete that assembly. And 50% of who can doesn't want to.
I think putting your own Ebike together is beneficial to the customer. You will have to eventually do some maintenance to it anyway so why not get familiar with it, if you’re not rich I guess.
That's why we buy E-Bike because we want to ride it after we receive it. . It's so frustrating to build an e bike when other companies have already built it for customers.
Wow! Mooncool has to be kidding with this trike. The folding model is a breeze to put together, but one almost needs to be a licensed mechanic to put this together. I don’t have either the patience or the skill to deal with this. Is your name Job? Well, you have his patience I’ll say that.
There is no way I would spend $1700 on that thing and have to build it. I would rather get a named brand for that price that is 90% assembled from the factory. I enjoy your videos and great you give honest reviews.
Hey, so I am about to release my video on my channel for this trike and I TOTALLY FEEL THE SAME WAY! I spent 5 hours putting it together initially and then another 4 hours setting the derailleur that wouldn't work correctly. My wife heard me cussing at the trike for 9 hours in the garage over a few days HAHA. For my video, I tried to be nice but still had to tell the truth. No company should have the customer put together a bike to a trike like that. Especially since these are marketed to the older generation. How in the heck are they going to attach the rear end to the front part of the frame? How are they going to adjust the brakes and gears to get them just right? For the rear wheel nuts, you have to fish the nut out of the cap to tighten correctly and its a pain in the ass. I really hope they make some changes because it could be a really nice trike! Anyways I just came across your video looking for thumbnail ideas and saw your thumbnail and said...I gotta watch this..LOL Great video!
You might think you made a bad video, but I watched it 3 times over lol, show us the bike on the road. Maybe the works worth it I'm thinking. but either way it's another video.
I think you can get two different styles one that you build and one that’s partially build. I’ve been working with this company for years. You should’ve seen their bikes at the very beginning. They were terrible. I’ve been working with this company to improve their bikes for I believe about a year and a half now, thank you for watching
@@kingscairn i’ve worked with them for a couple years and they’re a great great company and they’re American made which definitely says a lot to their customer service and when I say American made, it’s assembled here. You get a pretty good bang for your buck.
I would never buy that bike it making me upset just looking at you put it together, but I love the color and the fat tires❤❤❤❤❤
They make one now that is 90% finished in this color but your right why in the world would they make you build this bike for $1800 is crazy
Never has I seen an e-bike come with so much assembly needed. I hope they saved a penny. I like the color lol

💯 a lot of bike shops won’t work on e-bikes either not the ones that they don’t sell. That more and more 🤷♂️

Specially, for $1800 that’s insane
@@FireandIceOutdoorGear it’s no wonder when people try to cheat the system, there’s no threat if they don’t work on ones they don’t know.
@@daifudeegaming I get that. I guess the hobbyist in me just thinks it would build the anticipation more.

It’s a great company, but this bike is a bad idea. Thanks for watching and your comment. 🙏

What about the trike tk1that has the motor control not below the battery
What is the question I don’t understand

You can get so much better bike for the same price for sure.
Appreciate you sticking through this one. 😎
Agreed it's a bad video.

Mine was way more assembled than yours?? Took no time putting my tk-1 together 😮

Just sayin, I wouldn't hire this guy to put one together for me. OK?
How come?
