The only thing which separate this channel from another tech channels is that you get people who faced difficulty in their initial years and then succeded which is probably the life of almost 90 percent of people in tech. I think you should get more people like these as it will help others to learn that situations will change in life as time passes.

Sab theek hai tcs but bass salary growth hi nahi bass , koi nahi upskill karo or switch karo , tcs always first opportunities dete hai tier 3 college valo ko , but koi nahi upskill kre or switch kare, swagat sir u have a really inspiring journey many people definitely learn from you

As part of this, I have been offered a 3-month onsite assignment. Should I accept this opportunity or decline it to stay back and prepare for a job switch? My concern is that after completing the onsite, I will have 4 years of experience, and interviews may become more challenging. What should I do? Please advise.
