You can actually google replacement straps for the Monolo’s. I need to replace that part on a pair of LV’s and was surprised of the options! The Lim dress is adorable for a skinnier tinnier girl than me 😅

On the Manolos, take the strap off the other one, and buy two sturdy chain anklets and thread one on each shoe.

Golden Goose and LV great you can clean up the wallet! You can replace the straps on the shoes they are classic shoes overall a great box Steph..

Ok I just read the comments after leaving my first. If it’s possible to get a replacement strap for the shoe, and it’s not too expensive than I guess it’s ok.

I know this is a DIY box but honestly shoes without a strap aren't DIY, they are just trash. I would reach out to customer service about those heels and push for a refund on that item.
That was kind of my thinking too. Sometimes I wonder their criteria for putting it in a DIY.
@@TheStephStyle If I can be honest I feel like they put some trash items in there to see if people complain. I've for sure had instances where I've recieved things that'll put me over profit so I don't bother complaining about trash they put in my box. I just feel like it's a numbers game with them. You're box was pretty good but not good enough that I wouldn't try to get refunded for that item.
If it helps your case this is the discription from customer service about the condition rescue box items should be in: "They are advertised as having cosmetic defects, be missing labels, tags or hardware, or need to be cleaned/lightly mended."
Missing an entire strap thay holds someone's foot into a shoe is above and beyond how customer service discribes the condition of a rescue item. Someone can get hurt wearing a shoe without a strap or even because of a DIY strap replacement.
