Just remember that this is Dimash’s 2nd song sung during the Singer competition in 2017 at age 22. His English wasn’t too good because of his accent but Dimash knows what he’s singing. So if you start in 2017, this is where he came to fame. He is 90% better now at age 27. People who only speak English can’t speak it properly. Dimash has been professionally trained since age 5 and I have seen videos of him training. It wasn’t easy but it’s something Dimash loves to do. So, check out when he first started in 2017 and then his many solo concerts around the world since the competition ended at the end of 2017. He is the best talented and humble singer in this entire world. I am 64 and have watched so, so, much of Dimash. He’s working on his Doctorate degree now. He will keep you on the edge of your seat. Dimash was invited to the Chinese competition as a foreigner - Dark Horse. Nobody in China knew about him before. Officially, Dimash was awarded second place, because the competition is Chinese and the winner must be a Chinese. But this does not diminish the merits of Dimash, and for us, dears, he is a winner.

I love knowing there are people who got obsessed with Dimash like me. I have been obsessed with him since 2017.
I love how Dimash upstaged the lead guitarist during his solo by going higher than him! This is early Dimash, not as polished as he is now, but I love many of the episodes from this show I Am Singer 2017, he is so young and incredibly courageous to go to the foreign world of China.. But it was a genius move because after he opened the show with SOS, episode 1, he became an overnight star in Chinese countries, and they adore him to this day, he is actually working there now. All his Chinese numbers are extraordinary! Try Autumn Strong, Daidedau, Daybreak, All by Myself from I am Singer 2017, then Lay Down, War And Peace, Just Let it Be, Ocean over the Time MV, Battle of Memories MV there's many more.. They say Dimash has vocally matured since then. But records from that competition are my favourite ones. It’s such a fantastic feeling to watch how sincerely Dimash was surprised at how surprised that great big audience was. Pure love and light.
I too love his Singer 2017 performances, and listen to them regularly (though mostly through reaction videos), but his voice has definitely matured since then. Not that it wasn’t amazing before, but I can detect added strength and stability now, especially in his riffs and runs. On a side note, it annoys me when reactors don’t show his performances through to the end because the reactions from the other performers are usually priceless.
@@debbienockels3796 plus all the little moments that get missed, one reactor just cut off the whole ending of Opera 2 where Dimash's dad was hidden in the audience. He's actually gone back and just reacted to that bit and he was so glad he did because of how much it revealed to him about the kind of person Dimash really is.
@@debbiemorgan859 - I’ve seen that too, not often thankfully, but it’s a shame since that part is really touching. And isn’t that the clip where Sandy and Tia greet Dimash when he returns to the backroom by trying to sing the high parts of the song? Or am I confusing that with something else?

This was the first song Dimash sang in English and had only one week to learn it. Dimash was outstanding in this show, and it's a great way to follow his progression from his first performance until now. Even today, Dimash still does vocal training for 3-5 hrs. a day every day. From this show, I especially liked All By Myself, Adagio, and Unforgettable Day. Dimash wrote the latter when he was 18 yrs. old.

Actually he was 22 and is now 27. This was week 4 of the 14 wk I am a singer show! Please do some more Dimash.
Dimash is university trained in Classical opera vocals to degree level, also holds a degree in contemporary pop music and jazz with a major in vocals, and now has finished his master degree in music composition and it is about to start his doctorate in Musicology. He has been having singing lessons from the age of 5 when his teacher noticed he had perfect pitch . He was offered a place at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but respectfully turned it down to pursue his own more contemporary musical career. He is a multi instrumentalist, more than 8 instruments and also sings in 12 different languages and has a range of over 6 octaves from a low bass A2 to a high soprano, plus a whistle register with his highest note so far being a 5 second D8 with vibrato. He is widely recognized as the best vocalist in the world. He speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is studying English and Mandarin and has conversational skills in both but not quite fluent yet. He is kind, humble, generous and modest, very elegant and very tall, Dimash is 6ft 3, 1/4.
His Dears, as Dimash calls his fans because we are so dear to him and very loyal, number over 70 fan clubs in 120 countries globally and number in the millions, probably you will soon be one of us Dears. Please keep reacting to Dimash, he truly is the most skilled vocalist ever!!!! 🔝🎤❤️🌹🌹👏👏👏

Dimash had to learn english ONE week before this song and also the meaning behind every word. So I think he did great! Freddy Mercury would have been proud.
