That looks really good I’m definitely going to try it, I’ve already tried several of your recipes in the ninja with great results. I’ve got the same air fryer model as yours so your cooking times and temps work well for me. BTW I always use the probe when cooking any meat it takes all the guesswork out. It never fails to cook any meat perfectly, much better than if I do it in the frying pan.
The lighting was great Kerry, i wouldn't know where to start doing uploads. It's a good idea using the oil of the sun dried tomatoes, it would give the chicken more taste. It all looked lovely, also like you said you could do some potato wedges or roast potatoes. I've just ordered a new 2lb loaf tin without the edges on for the cosori dual blaze as my other ones wouldn't fit

That's fab Grace, good low carb option. I did Keto for quite a while (pre youtube) and enjoyed full on meat and veg, used to love cauliflower rice! Cooked in a lot of butter lol

With the chorizo and onion, really tasty. Ooo was that when I speeded up the clip Carole? I usually lower the volume on speeded up clips to take out the harsh sped up noise, but on the new editing software it's very different so I forgot to do that this time🥴😅

Thank you👋😀💕 the chicken thighs were from the fresh chicken aisle in lidl and the green beans were frozen (in lidl) I mainly shop there, occasionally venturing out to other supermarkets once in a while
The green bean idea is v useful not tried veg in my ninja yet so I can get bacon and give your idea a go ....isnt veg boring enough.....so ideas like this are v useful to try out.....how did i survive before the air fryer ?! How did any of us ? Life saver machine.....i love the way u abuse your ninja and point your finger at it ....like u best not let me down ok ! Or you will get a jolly good thrashing ....basil fawlty style 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Green beans not my own, found ONE full grown bean on the plot a few days ago (will be on a vlog to come) 😂 but my runner beans are still flowering in the main but I also saw some baby beans so will check every day👍 I will cook them like that again, so tasty much nicer than plain ol boring boiled beans
