What does the frenzy bottle do

It gives frenzy, which is a stat like frosbite or bleed were you build up the frenzu bar and it does damage when it is filled

I finished the DLC and then i went for those perfumes! The NPC who sells the deadly poison one isnt there!
If anyone knows how to get it without starting a new run plz comment! Thanks!

Burning the sealing tree to access the final area is a point of no return: Many NPCs will dissapear or won't be able to progress their quests anymore.
If you didn't followed his quest, Thiollier will dissapear after that. Following his quest you'll receive his bell ebaring to buy his stuff in Roundtable Hold.
At the moment it is unknown if his body will be able to be found somewhere to get her bell bearing so we can still buy anything he sold.
