Im still working through that myself 😂 trying to figure it out. From what I read POW helps with all 4th job skills. STA for resistance to physical attack. CON supposedly is a secondary trait for dragon breath.

I went STA and WIS. POW is good for the Dragon Knight Skills, but I’m still using dragon breath.

the other thing that's giving him hp back is the GEDS he's using so you're really not seeing the effect of the dragon scale
The HP regain is from Weapon already.. The scale doesn't add much..
