Hello Ellie! Your jimny posts are of good taste and practicality. I follow sites that made by men, are more dedicated to the practical and mechanical part of the vehicle. I want to encourage my wife to help me equip the car. Thank you and see you next time ....
Thankyou so much! Thats exactly why I wanted to do a few Jimny videos, as the only ones id seen were much more in depth and I wanted it to be more fun and light hearted!
Keep these videos coming. But now for a bit of advice, contrary to public opinion cheap plastic baubles made in China does not make you happy and are bling for Japanese Kei-cars. A real Jimny upgrade involves where you don an overall and do the fitment yourself: radial cup protectors, front and back differential protectors, transmission case protectors, wheel spacers, a front and back differential breathing kit and front and back recovery points. Now that your Jimny is actually off-road capable, go for a 4x4 course and join a 4x4 club. This will place in you a class of people to whom the Jimny is not a fashion accessory, but partaking in amazing adventures that gets youi out of the towns and cities and into the countryside. Now for the big one, order a full Jimny overlanding kit and fit that yourself - this will place you in a class of people that understands what the Jimny is capable of and can handle whatever goes wrong. Don't use fitment centers, rather pay a knowledgeable person to supervise you (you might have to supply a supply of beer) while you do all the work yourself and gain the experience and confidence. Start with small things and progress from there and a whole new world will open before you.
Great review! Was waiting to see a review on these items. You could put a piece of one sided sticky foam tape under the cup holder to stop it from swaying from side to side. Also, does the door handle inserts giggle up and down lots when you drive?
Ooh good idea! Yes they do! only when I get in the car really as I always grab the door handle and they just fly out haha! I can probably fix that with a bit of sticky tack too!
I would love a jimny as a first car however I’m unsure on the overall cost to run it and idk if it’s a good first car, I’ve heard really good things and I’ve seen a few about but I’m still unsure (I will be learning to drive next year). Any comments will be greatly appreciated XD
I find it very cheap to run! Its very hard to find one to buy now though as they aren't manufacturing them anymore, so the prices have been put up a lot!! I think it would make a great first car, even if its the older model!
Are you kidding us??? The dealers are a HUGE ripoff of our pockets. From the moment they sell us their empty-bottomed buckets. I am not gonna watch your video, either.
I love the drone shots!!
Thanks babe!
It’s gonna like the Mambo Taxi!

The seatbelt insert is for the old shape Jimnys. Cool vid 👍🏻
Ah well I still managed to get it in 😅
Very interesting thank you. Considering this as my next car and your quite informative and fun videos are certainly helping!
Thankyou Peter! If you can get your hands on a new Jimny you will love it!
Also, like this comment if you think I should get a ladder fitted on the back...
