Ped cycles as you get older. What peds to use for getting jacked like you have compared to what ones you used as a power lifter. As a 43 year old lifter of 29 years (myself) it seems like a legit and very interesting question to me. Thank you!!

I am 44 just started to get into powerlifting. I compete in aapf and I would love a video on powerlifting and aging. Just because your middle aged does not mean you cannot compete!! I do it because kids are older and personal goals.. make a stronger version of myself..

My daughter started powerlifting about 3months ago with no coercion from me. So I've taken everything I've known and turned it on end. I've had too many injuries from the old ways of training, and started incorporating warm up, and recovery. In the last month her max lifts have significantly increased!
Thanks for putting out great info Mark.

I look forward to every video from this channel. Mark, you do such a great job of putting diet/training/lifestyle into a perspective that is easy to follow and makes sense. Since I started following this channel, I have lost nearly 45 lbs. I appreciate all the knowledge/support/energy that you share! Carnivore month is in full swing, lets get jacked and tan!!!

Great video!! I started deadlifting in April 2020 after a two year layoff . I went from a 135lbs deadlift to 365lb by Dec 2020. Just pounding it out in my basement week after week. Shooting for 405lbs by March. Squats went from 135 lbs for 5 reps to 225lbs for 4 sets of 10.

Great content! While I am low carb (carnivore) for health reasons if carbs work for you, & you want to get bigger this is great advice. If you are fat & want to get stronger while losing chub then I feel a mostly carnivore diet is the way to go. Get your energy from fat & eat plenty of protein to build muscle, bones, connective tissue, & produce the glucose you do need. I find heavy kettlebell swings, TGU, & complexes are a great alternative to sprints or "cardio", add in ten minute walks, and some good programming.

Hey man, I’m a huge fan of your channel and have been following you into a carnivorous lifestyle. I’ve been on the carnivore diet for 8 days now. My muscle definition has jumped through the roof, and I haven’t even been working out as all the gyms are closed around where I live. They got bigger and are harder than they were just a week ago. The things I’m finding though is that so far this diet has been wreaking havoc on my digestive system. I’ve been experiencing terrible diarrhea, and I’ve been extremely fatigued. I have been trying to implement more fat to my diet, but nothing has taken these things away so far. Also, I’ve been experiencing a dramatic loss in strength, even though my muscles are bigger. I used to be able to do 32 pushups, now I can only do about 25. Would you happen to have any advice to help me with this?

I've been gaining weight and strength and it's a slow process naturally but I don't understand how there are 145 lb powerlifters pulling 600+ lbs sumo. They have an understandable bench and squat but what's up with the spike in deadlifts?

I saw my most strength gained when i went to see a oseteopath who helped me then realised that my fight or flight response was always putting me in a sympathetic state and i was never able to let my body relax. ( probably cause all the pre workouts, the oxidative stress from working with heavy metals on a mine site and all the other determining factors ) When i train now and if i ever go heavy i have to work up to the heavy set and work my way down before I was always trying to go 90-100% on everything all the time which fucked me so with a ego check i adjusted my training to lift light weights to get my body and mind connected properly and when i hit heavy ive hit PRs every time now lol.
Its all shit they tell u online everywhere anyway but yeah lol, just gotta check that ego

Grip strenght is huge weak grip your weak. A strong grip helps flex your arm while keeping your hand relaxed . Flex your arm with your grip clenched hard i bet you can flex harder with a good clenched strong grip. Sounds dumb but true. Watch the bioneer that guy makes sense on many things in a different light. Julius maddox takes such a calculated approach i agree mark could of done it with more time and patience. Love marks channel the man is well versed in the game of lifting.
