I don't know if you remember but I told you I made about 3 weeks worth of freezer meals for a friend with cancer. She and her partner love your vegan red lentil orange curry, your spaghetti sauce, your chicken fried rice and your chilli the best. We all really appreciate your recipes. My friend is Christian so she would really appreciate your prayers if you are Christian, or even if you're not a Christian, I've said a Mi Sheberach for her. Her name is Carolyn.
@@Beedubyaa0510 Tupperware is NO more! They went belly up 😢. I have 2, a smaller one for pickles and a larger one for the big jar of Costco olives! I found my second one at Salvation Army.
When I open a can of olives what I don’t use I freeze . I drain them and put into a ziplock bag cause I can squeeze all the air out and they freeze beautifully and I just pull the amount I need out of the bag and put the rest back into the freezer. Blessings 💕
So I think I shop at the same Supermarket as you. My experience is about the same. It is a help to me since my husband is not well so I still use it but it can be frustrating. I never get substitutions but then they only have a few of my selections. Everyone else loves it. Go figure. The contraption for pickles is sold on Amazon. Also, one must never wash pasta. Just have the sauce or dressing ready to coat it. Trust me on this one. I did comment on it once before but I know of no Italian descent person who rinses pasta. Never.
Amen to the online shopping! lol If you want it to cool pasta quickly, you'll need to rinse it. But if not rinsing it works for you, then that's great.
How many cups are in a pound of cooked ground beef? I’m converting cooked ground beef to seasoned beluga lentils/veggie grounds for the egg roll in a bowl and don’t know how much I should add.

Angela, I'm glad to hear that they liked the recipes. It was really kind of you to do that for her. I will definitely pray for Carolyn.
Ooooh I love the little grape bundles idea! I was and put them on the counter, but didn’t think of the small bundles!
I freeze olives all the time. Usually in small freezer containers. Works great!
Good to know!
Me too except mine are in bags.
I also add pickle juice to my pasta but I don’t cool it off first.
This is a fun change of pace, thanks for doing it!
You can get that pickle contraption from Tupperware. I have it and it’s fantastic!

Smart! That makes sense!
We had a pickle lifter. Ours was a Tupperware type of container
I remember Tupperware pickle lifters!
You can leave the onion in the freezer for 3 mins before cutting it. No more tears 😊
I'm glad you found a solution that works for you!
if you leave the root on the onions till last you get less onion tearing
I'm glad you found a solution that works for you!

Hi there. We typically use 2 1/3 cups. It translates well for the veggie ground round that we use for Sharla's meals as she doesn't eat beef.
Laugh out loud. When I saw the video title I thought spell checker messed your title .. fresh? Not freezer? Fun change of pace. Thank you.
Glad you liked it!
