that would really only consist of purple dye hunting, killing bosses that hold dyes, doing the pillars multiple times, making those mixed dyes and then doing the mundane task of looking for strange plants to try and get all the RNG reliant 33 dyes.. seems boring to me

sunflowers dont actually have a property to prevent spreading of evil biomes, it just blocks thorns and grass from reaching the other side directly

That volcano thing happened to me once with an armor piece! Two helmets of some type on my journey character. I didnt experiment much with it but it DID equip both the stacked pieces of gear when i pressed the button.
U can use a seed to get both evil and make sure to deflect as much stars as possible in the world creation loading screen so you get as much chests as possible

The reason why potions only shimmer into one ingredient is that when crafting potions you can use the alchemy table which has a solid chance to not use an ingredient, which means that you can create a stack of say 100 potions, which would only take about 60-70 of each ingredient, but then you would be able to shimmer them into 100 of each ingredient, which is practically just duping.

However, throughout the whole video I kept on thinking about how much more torturous this would be in Fargo's Soul mod.

Regarding golfing, if you just putt from the sky down your hellevator you can get easy holes in one worth a lot of points. You can finish the sell list in just a couple minutes. If you put a few webs right at the hole you put into it will absorb the momentum of the ball and make them fall much more directly downward into the hole.
I love the occasional voice cracks in this narration. Genuinely and unironically improved the experience.

23:25 the reason potions dont decraft into all there ingredients is becase if they gave all of them back you could recraft them at a alchemy table and have a chance to not use all the rescources you got back, and then you could shimmer the potion again to very quickly get an infinit amount of the potion
My favourite accessory is the toolbox because it's so rare as you only get it during Christmas
