Question; “Could you premix the flake in the Clear first,Then leave it on the shelve for storage, After premix, When needed, add the Catalyzer? Thank You
So I have a harbor freight air gun. It has a 1.4 tip. Can I use that to spray everything from base coat to clear coat and flake. I'm getting all the things I need to do this. I just got a 21 gallon air compressor. Will this work to spray all these paints. I don't have much money, so I'm buying what I can at affordable prices. Also I wish I could afford your sander. But will the sander from harbor freight be okay to use.

Yes 👍
Hi) Why do you use 2K acrylic clear coat, you can just use binder (transparent base) Then you won't have to sand before the next layers..
Binder would still need to be sanded to smooth out the texture from the metal flake.
It needs to be sanded to smooth out the surface from the flake.

Yes, 1.4 will work all around. yes sander from hf is okay, make sure its a 6" pad
I used the 1.4 from HF and the metal flake came out great! Clean the gun beforehand 👍🏼
Adam thanks but in italy lime line how can i buy ? 😢
Sorry, only some products on Amazon is available to Italy 🇮🇹
Thanks Adam for the video , what's the recommended psi for spraying the flake using your 1.3 gun
30-42 psi depending on what you are spraying
try blocking with 320 then finish with 400 da. seal and base like normal
I have. 320-400 is a little too aggressive in my opinion. Those sand scratches could come back to haunt you.
Been using HOK for years, check your videos but curious who are you and your (?) products
