My parents are in job in my nstive country. They can not visit canada for more than TWO months. Can i apply Supervisa with leave of 2 months (parents leave), embassy provide Supervisa ?? Visa officer may reject as my patents can come canada on visitor visa for 2 months then why i m demanding supervisa for them??? Pls guide.
Thanks for the appreciation Raj! If your parents do not wish to stay for more than 2 months then we should suggest you keep on using a visitor visa(if it is a 10 year multiple entry?) Supervisa is good if they intend to stay more than 6 months and up to 5 years. On supervisa, you have to buy supervisa insurance which is more expensive than normal visitor visa insurance.
Never buy online medical emergency insurance for parents/visitors-it is always better to talk to a live agent and understand the policy/procedures . You need guidance in case of a claim and this person is always at your back for support. Also, avoid buying from back home even though its lot cheaper. First of all sorry for the delayed response. In this case the quickest way to stay united with kids is supervisa. Nowadays, supervisa comes with a 5 year stay. She need to apply it from home country and her kids should have total family income criteria fulfilled as per LICO.
If Canadian super visa expires (after 10 years) can we reapply for super visa for more 10 years? Also is supervisa available to everyone who applies or is that also based on lottery system?
