I filmed it in December. February through March and early April are great times. Later in April the snow closer to the village becomes a bit too wet. But it also depends on the year. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes not. Dec-Jan is not so nice because of an early sunset.
It’s very recent, the end of December 2023. Best skiing is perhaps in February when days are longer. But the area is open until approx the end of April. But you can ski in Matterhorn Paradise even in the summer. Always make sure the weather is great. There are official websites for the area, for example: www.zermatt.ch/en

No, on iPhone. GoPro has a worse quality overall. If you are advanced, I recommend the part with Matterhorn. If you want to enjoy the ride and views, then the Gornergrat side is amazing. There is also an Italian side too included in the pass (make sure to ask for it)
It’s hard to say. You will have crowds on both months. If I choose, I would go in January because it’s cheaper (no longer Christmas week) and fewer tourists in Zermatt itself. There are many more visitors to Zermatt village than skiers, so there are big crowds and everything is booked in advance in the village. The slopes may be less crowded, although I don’t think there is a big difference between Dec and Jan when it comes to slopes.
@@sebastianinigo3681 It's always good there unless you wait till April (when snow becomes watery at the village level). Generally, the entire area is very elevated and has early snowfalls, so this is definitely not the slopes that will have bad snow. The only issue could be that on some days the winds are too strong to let people go to the very top. This is hard to predict and you will see it only if you come. But also it's not like everyday, I encountered it a few times only (out of dozens). So, yes, January (especially later dates) is great for skiing in Zermatt. My personal preference is March. Day time is long enough (no early closure of slopes), it's not too cold (it can get chilly in January) and no watery snow conditions.

been there multiple times in different months, zermat is top-notch in terms of skiing, pistes are absolutely great even in warm conditions and it's not crowded at all in comparison with other resorts. i'd say it's one of the best places to ski in the world

I suggest checking out Saas-Fee from the very top, those slopes are relatively empty and big, which makes them great for speeding. Nice video as such. Gave a good impression, what kind of slopes Zermatt has. What is noticable in vlog is, that almost all people seen dont know how to ski.. Their tecnique sucks... but... They are all tourists on vacation. For them the point is to enjoy the great views and just slide (without edging any) down the blue runs. So... Its very good that there are plenty if easy runs. Snowboarders handle it better. The group of children with ski instructors was nice to see. The place gives an impression of nice family destination. Thank yu for sharing 👍. As some other ppl commented, your music choice was very annoying. Where the hell you found this American 'hilly-billy stuff'? Pls leave it away from next vlog. 🙏. It can prevent some if us watching the whole vlog, which is otherwise pretty properly done.

zermatt is easy i would say is for beginners to itermdiate however if u want something harder i recomend Verbier where is more for pro
