Stuttgart. "What is good must also be beautiful." This was the credo of Wilhelm and Karl Maybach at the
beginning of the 20th century. Father and son were regarded as gifted designers, trailblazers of automotive
luxury, and pioneers in matters of style. With a simple-sounding formula, they created highly complex
things: perfection and craftsmanship paired with innovation, both technically and in terms of workmanship.
This is what the name Maybach stands for to this day. The Mercedes-Maybach brand continues to develop,
with more models - soon also electric. At the IAA Mobility 2021 in Munich, Mercedes-Maybach presented
the "Concept EQS" and thus gave a preview of the first fully electric series model from 2023. The SUV will
be based on the modular architecture for luxury - and premium-class electric vehicles from Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes-Maybach is presenting the "Edition 100" to mark its 100th anniversary. A special edition of
the current S-Class and GLS models, each limited to 100 units. The special series can be ordered from the fourth quarter of 2021.

Details about the Mercedes Benz 2022 S Class 680 Maybach for PetrolHeads:
It’s equipped with a 612 HP V12 engine which produces 900 Nm of torque 9G tronic transmission.
2023 S Class Maybach 680 0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 4.5 seconds!
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155mph)

Because a new ceo came in and wanted to revive the sl from its glory days which had been discontinued until the new ceo came in and unfortunately for us discontinued the s-class coupe and did what he promised for the better or worse depending on what side you look on revived the Mercedes sl- series.
The s coupe looks almost the same as e coupe, but the price is doubled. That’s probably why.

The i7 Cinematic screen looks very impractical. It sort of blocks the Sunroof and the view from Windshield. The Rear screens mounted on seats are more practical.

Mate, calm the f down! It is a car. From a car company that died! So it is not '100 years of Maybach' - who do you think you are, Rangers? Maybach cars are opulent - while most are starving, but that is ok, it doesn' affect the wealthy so no real person gets hurt in the production of this video. I do think Maybach do make the best luxury cars there is , but there is a time and place!
