I work at Ulta and when i saw we had some new nail polishes backstocked today, I had to take a peak. My jaw DROPPED when I saw the holo taco logo. I've already been hyping up one coat black and not milky white to my coworkers, and I'm so excited to share the love with customers too!
I'm SO EXCITED for the Birthstones collection!!! EEk! My math & best guess for pricing: 12 months X $14USD each for specialty polishes = $168 - bundle discount (usually $1 off per polish) = $156 collection bundle price Wouldn't be surprised if they group into smaller bundles (ie Earth Signs, Water Signs, Fire Signs, Air Signs, but that goes more into horoscopes) or Seasons (ie Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter bundles)
Waste of Space is so, so pretty! I love it a lot. Although without peely base I wouldn't want to wear it. Same with play rosé. Hope those two aren't too frustrating for "normal" customers.
I've told my online friends about holo taco so many times, but they haven't bought yet because they haven't seen the polishes in person! They've already said they'd love to check it out and maybe buy a polish if it's in a store near them. Now I know what polishes will be on the shelves to give them recommendations 👀
I didn’t expect any ultas in my area to have HT immediately but a handful of them do!! It’s really exciting to know if I need a basic, I can run to the store and not have to wait for it
Bought some at Ulta today! They brought a box out from the back room. It was showing on their store locator that it was in stock, but they hadn’t put it out yet. Canadian doing my cross border shopping. Haha.
So excited for the Ulta launch so I can go get my HT fix without waiting for the mail or paying for shipping! That leaves more money for tacos! (both food and nail polish kind)

I don't shop at Ulta but if a store near me will be stocking them I definitely will. Will still mostly give HT my business directly but I'm excited to be able to see some cremes in person first as that's what I'm least likely to buy online.
@41:58 I’m guessing she’s was about to reference a nail polish brand that was suspected of using car paint and labeling it as nail polish. Simply has never named the name of the brand, but has referenced befor across all the yt nail girlies EVERYONE suspected it lol
I think there's a lot of potential for new customers to be introduced to the nail system. Drug store brands don't really bottom coat, top coat, topper, nail oil and all that typically.
I think the issue was that the old bottles and smaller stickers were more esthetically pleasing. The extra writing clutters the bottle. Maybe if the extra writing was on the back?

Im late to the party, but it would help to change the caps to be "painted" in the hard to see toppers. The black would get the point across super easily
i think brat has a similar branding to no name in the sense that it's just the word, but brat has a more interesting as it is more casual and perhaps simple-wording or perhaps crude in some sense, especially since the "deluxe" version name adds redundancy for the aesthetic in the marketing.
Person running away from America! 😂😂 OMG that is too funny! Yeah I guess when you think about it the logo doesn’t make much sense. Dunkin I think is marketed more as the everyday man’s coffee. Like Starbucks is too fancy so the blue collar workers use Dunkin.
