    I've been a part of a Clubhouse room/club called Affirmations & Beyond for the past month+ and have really experienced amazing changes in self-thought and motivation.
    After sharing some affirmations on IG and getting a positive response,
    I felt compelled to spill that energy on here too for you all! 🤗

    Put simply, affirmations are positive phrases or statements used to challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts.
    If you frequently find yourself getting caught up in negative self-talk, positive affirmations can be used to combat these often subconscious patterns and replace them with more adaptive narratives.
    Your brain sometimes gets a little mixed up on the difference between reality and imagination, which can be surprisingly useful.
    Regular repetition of affirming statements about yourself can encourage your brain to take these positive affirmations as fact.
    When you truly believe you can do something, your actions often follow.
