@@saivenu1178 closing eyes always helps in calming down mind fasters. Open eyes are like open windows which allows things to come inside. Positive affirmations have more impact when eyes are close. However it is a personal choice of comfort to keep eyes open or close.

My depression has been increasing more and more lately. I suspect its seasonal depression but the more I think about my life, the more I feel like I'm trapped and can't find the path to lead me back from a dark place.
Normally I shut my emotions down and that allowed me to get thru the day but my emotions are swelling up and it's triggering my anxiety pass 100%
I want to work hard to control my anxiety and think positively so I can turn my life around. Thank you for this video. It really brought me a sense of peace for the time being. I will train harder.
