If you really want to add some eclectic charm, I don't know what area you're in, but there are usually a few recycled home goods stores around where you can get good quality used building materials. My friend has been building his house mostly using materials he gets for free or almost nothing on Offer-up and Nextdoor.
My boyfriend built our cabinet in our bathroom and made a concrete sink it was pretty cool and it has charm! I think a cool dresser and you add a sink would be awesome !!
