They should pay more attention to the doors: some of them are closed with just a pus and some you have to push hard to get them close. I wish they would have used the same quality at the doors as they did on Hyundai Tucson. It is expensive than Tucson but the doors are Tucson are closing much more better than the doors of Sportage: The doors of Tucson are almost closed by itself when you give it a little push, but with Sportage not the same case. Especially the rear doors should be pushed strongly. That is the case with my car and especially the left rear door is a problem. I have visited many dealers in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany and noticed the same problem with the doors of Sportage. OK it is not a big problem, but I expect the same quality which you get from Hyundai Tucson. This shouldn't be a problem for KIA. For the rest I'm satisfied with my Sportage and the Only thing I miss is a HUD, which is not available both with Sportage and TUCSON and I miss ECS: which is not available in Belgium with Sportage but available with Tucson. I had to wait more than a year for a Tucson and I find the big dashboard of Sportage better than the one in Tucson. I did not have to wait for my Sportage and that is one of the reasons why I went for it. Otherwise I would probably go for Hyundai Tucson.
i am a Sportage fan but to be honest it just looks like a Hyundai iX 35 with some extras. The best kia from design is sportage from 2011, the 2022 just looks cubic and from the side just like any other modern car,specially the electric ones. I really dont like the design, guess i stay with my sportage 2011 for some time.
