I agree it’s varies from one person to another & the kind of day you had. On actIve days, it’s hard to push fasting as your body needs fuel. Some days I can push my fasting for 17 hours & sometimes only 12 hours. If I feel hungry I will not punish myself. The best rule is listen to your body. Believe me your body talks. Starvation is worth thing one could do to yourself & that leads to serious issues. I am glad you are by far the best speaker to break all the misconceptions among Indians especially. God bless you.

I do >16 hrs (almost)fasting 5-6 times a week from 4pm to 11am except i NEED milk/tea when i wake up.
It's not a fast if you consume milk. And that's completely okay, but don't call it a 16 hr fast if you consume any calories in between. Green tea should be completely fine though :)
As soon as the digestion starts, the fast breaks.
4pm to 6am itself is a good enough fasting time tho! Kudos to that!
