  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING GUYS!
    In this video I'm taking a look at the all new TP-XXL tool bag from Veto.
    Size comparison to it's smaller brother the TP-XL, my usual load-out and everyday carry within the bag and thoughts on it's new features.
    missing from this video is the carry strap that comes with the bag. I do have it and use it but for this review it stayed in the van.
    Big thanks to Epicair for sending me up this bag to review for you guys.
    Here's a link to their site -

    Awesome review. Got the MP1, TP3B and recently the TPXL but didn't know of the TP-XXL until a few weeks ago. As a data and security tech I wanted meter pouches and this fits the bill perfectly. Holding bulky things like a multimeter, pair tester, Fluke toner and wand, M12 impact and soldering iron, and finally a label printer all in one bag would be a dream come true.
    Thanks very much. This vid has been a godsend. 😊

      I'm glad you liked the review and thanks for watching. Sounds like you're already down the rabbit hole with Veto products? Yes, once you get one you're hooked on quality, and let's face it, you can't get better quality than Veto. The TP-XXL is a favourite of mine and it can carry quite a lot too.

    Wish i had gotten this or the TP-XL over the tech-MT. Its exactly on the limit on being able to fit many long tools (hammers, files, pliers, ect). I thought it'd be a deecnt bit of kit for a closed toolbag, but the open style of the TP is vastly superior for quickly grabbing tools and not having to turn the bag around or wrangle out long tools.

    Good Review 👍
    I've got the Tech XL and TP-LC both good. That said, I'm really liking the open-top nature of the TP bag. Whereas the Tech case has a fabric lip on the top which is sometimes an obstruction to seeing tools.
    I've read that on your bag the rear pocket is for a Tablet or small laptop.
    Think I'd prefer to keep digital Tech separately with my notebooks and Cert pads.
    Good bag, good Review 👍

    It’s crazy how much bigger it is. I’d love to buy one, but I really like my TP-XL and I’m not sure I want something bigger. I also have no use for 2 meter pouches on a bag like this. To me, the only thing the TP-XL is missing is one meter pouch and a slightly wider base to make it less tippy.

    • @JBE
      @JBE  3 года назад +1

    I'm a year one electrical apprentice that does both commercial fire alarm systems and normal 240 work, Do you think I'd be able to fit the majority if not all my tools in this bag (I know that's a very case by case question but in your opinion is the bag worth the money and does it store a good amount of tools)? I'm thinking worst-case scenario I could buy a cheap plastic storage box for larger power tools, cork gun ext since I'm using my car to drive myself and tools to sites and don't want to have a range of hard tool box's

    • @JBE
      @JBE  2 года назад +1

      It's great for hand tools and has more storage than it looks. Combined with the included shoulder strap It's a good bag to keep for just tools when carrying from your van (car in your case) to site. The question with veto tool bags is never about quality as they're solid. But if you get one that's too big or too small for your daily job, you might not love it as much? There's lots of videos on RUclips covering this (The TP-XXL) or maybe you want an open tote tool bag?
