And this ontrack record control is a game changer, and will save so much time. 20.9 is definitely packed with features. Just wondering where IL is headed to with those automations, since we now have those legacy pattern events (which are fine, great usability for drawing shapes, sample&hold) + the now classic automation lanes + the new automation editor... It demands some kind of convergence/harmonization of the ways to interact with automated events! Hope they have a plan for this. Nevertheless, It's very satisfying to see FL evolve in the 'right' direction, and with all the new workflow improvements.

Talking about keys, it'd be super cool to have a different key when having a different project. Like if you have a project in C minor let the piano roll automatically change from any other key to c minor

Well I have to defend them, these plugins probably cost a lot of money to make and if you really are into production, getting the full bundle is a great investment. Also you are already getting this update for free which is not even the case for every company
You have to keep in mind that we are not asking for update fees and still need to be paid. So if all plugins would be included into the smallest bundle, there would be no reason to upgrade at some point.
No problem, you can upgrade step by step, which is not a lot more expensive. There are also a lot of free alternatives you can use until you are able to upgrade.
I've had the producer edition for years and I think I'll upgrade to the all plugins edition because a native pitch shifter will be really handy. The vintage chorus sounds great as well. The update will only be €167.03 so that's nice. I love this DAW and this company and I'll happily give them more of my money. And I'll finally be able to new NewTone!
@@flstudiotricks6903 I bought Harmor when I bought FL and I bought Transistor Bass when it came out. The transient processor will be nice though. The free one i currently use is rather basic.
@@jetlag1488 I didn´t want to list all but for me it was Ogun and Morphine which made me pull the trigger to the all plugins bundle... They have a very different tone and are great for atmosphereric and metallic sounds... But Toxic Biohazard and Sakura are very welcome here....

So about the new plugins for the all plugins edition I owned all plugins edition before the update, and I saw on their site that all plugins edition is a collection of plugins that will be expanded, meaning if they add more, they'll charge you for the new ones (right?) So are we getting the new plugins, say the pitch shifter for free or do you need to buy a license after the release of the new version to get it? Also, I feel like I haven't said that, but great job on the editing and the examples you've given, really shows all of the power of each feature in FL, really high quality!

@@elzurixmusic Once you have payed for the all plugin version once you will always have every plugin they make available to you, They will obviously be introduced via the updates as and when they come out, I think the reason they mention the price will rise when new plugins are released is just marketing, Basically to encourage as many people to buy the all plugin version now while the price is so cheap. Expansion packs and sample packs are likely the only things you would have to pay extra money for. Imo it's this strategy that makes their black friday sale such a good deal,

Image Line offer Lifetime free updates, If you already own the all plugin version you will get all new plugins for free.
