Excellent video, I used the silicone cups, 3 table spoons of water and 7 mins , eggs are perfect 👌🏻

My eggs stick to the ramekin. I've put 5 tablespoons of water and oiled the ramekin. Should ai try a muffin silicone? ​@weeatatlast

Oh dear, sorry to hear that. I'm trying to think what could have gone wrong as I've tested this recipe several times. Could it be that you forgot to grease your ramekins? Otherwise I would say try using silicone cups..
