As a South African living in Cape Town, I love this episode but it also pointed out an opportunity as there is no clear path for International Businesses to get high quality talent in South Africa. I think that is the next project i will be taking on, but in the meantime if anyone needs any help stepping into this market, i would be happy to help and guide them in the right path.

My experience with these recruiters was very different. They’re OK for sourcing cheap, reasonably good talent. Calling their candidates “A-Players” is a stretch.

we have been using a writer agency all south africans, for years! Sidelink and they're amazing - they only take on projects they like tho
