- With everything that's been going on with me I feel like I should be having the worst year of my life, but you guys keep on giving me something to be proud of despite it all. So thank you for that.
It's all really scary, and frustrating that this has been stopping me from doing what I love for over a year now. It's an extremely rare thing to happen, and I guess I just got unlucky, but extremely lucky at the same time that it's not cancerous.
I've been taking the semester off from college to deal with this and hopefully after Monday it'll all be winding down. I'm looking forward to what comes next.

Hey everyone! The surgery went amazingly and against the odds I got through it with my hearing intact and the *entire* tumor removed. I can't thank you all enough for your support and love, and I've been recovering pretty smoothly for the past few weeks.
UPDATE (as of January 2018)
I've been going through voice therapy for a while now, and I'm not entirely sure when I'll be back. I want to make sure when I come back it can be for real without any further hiccups. So stay tuned!

I genuinely don't know what to say besides ''Good luck!'' or ''Stay safe!''. This is most definitely very scary for you, and I know that this might not make you feel any better, but please, for fucks sake, stay positive. I've been following you ever since your Waffles vs Pancakes video and you seemed so happy back then. I genuinely want to see you smile again and be happy doing what you love. I usually don't pray, but I can definitely make exceptions for situations like these. You are going to turn that tumor's ass inside out and flush it down the toilet, because it's not strong enough to take you down. I don't care if I have to wait weeks, months or even years for a new video. As long as you're happy, I am too.

Hey Jack, I originaly was going to email you this but, I feel like this is the best way for you to get my thoughts on the situation.
I wanted you to know that you're a very big inspiration to me with all the work you've done and, despite everything you have been through, you haven't given up. I envy that.
So with this in mind, I have no doubts whatsoever that you will survive this.
I know you can.
You may not see it, but you have done a lot for us (myself included)
with your works, and if nothing else, you were there for us when we needed something to help us feel better.

Makes me extremely sad to hear you have to go through this and I can say i think i understand how you might feel, a little, as i had a period of time in my life where lets say i had a bunch of visits to the doctor too and it was pretty scary but i had people there for me and that helped A LOT. Best of luck with the surgery and post surgery. You are a big inspiration with what you're going through but I think with what you've been doing so far you will make it through whatever comes at you.
I sympathize with you, even though I haven't been through something like this myself, I can imagine how much of a burden it must be. Just remember that life has a habit of sorting everything out in the end, and that there is always someone willing to stand with you.

Holy buckets...dude, I had no idea things were as severe as this. It's such a blessing to have doctors nearby who can help you to the degree you need, and I have confidence that they'll do the best job absolutely possible. You're incredibly brave and UNBELIEVABLY persistent having to endure this for so long, so the fact that there's an expiration date to all this is really, really good.
I'm praying for you, man. Keep on pushin' and I know things will finally, finally turn around for you!!!
