On which row are you?
Row1 put 6 hdc
Row2 put 2hdc in every stitch. At the end of the row you'll have 12 stitches.
Make sure in every row you're increasing by 6 stitches.
For example
Row1 6 stitches
Row2 12 stitches
Row3 18 stitches
Row4 24 stitches
Row5 30 stitches e.t.c
You might have missed a stitch somewhere dear.
