The anime is called 'The Slayers' and has been around for well over a decade, but the footage from this video is from a newly released season, Slayers Revolution. FUNimation will be releasing it to DVD next year. The song is the closing song from Slayers Revolution, appropriately titled 'Revolution' and is performed by Megumi Hayashibara.
If all goes well, FUNimation is supposed to be releasing both Revolution and Evolution-R sometime in (early?) 2010. That may seem far away, but it's really not too bad a wait all things considered.
I've never watched either of those series, plus I'm anal and like to keep a song within the series it came from. (Lastly, I don't have any episodes of the mentioned series' on my computer.) Thanks for the feedback though!

@@lucygirl1111, I’m out of the loop these days, but I did hear a new translation will be published and released. I need to go look into it, since TokyoPop only ever translated half of the main novel storyline. I’m hoping we can get all of it this time around.

Plus, Lina keeps far away so she can not be in her big sister’s shadow. ;) The novels were originally going to focus on Luna, but I guess she wasn’t interesting enough since she’s so powerful as a knight of Ceipheed, so Lina was born, flaws and all, as the new lead.

No didnt one of Ken zendaka's cousins write a few off brand series anime whould be a lot bland if hentai was never made.
