While Raul might not be one of the greatest players he definitely is within the most efficient/successful scorers. He was never the same player after he got appendicitis in 2003. But he did have a late resurgence at schalke and his final season at Real. I think his problem was he achieved so much success at a young age at club level. So he burnt out too when he got older. Very intelligent player
