This would be a top 10 song if released in 1987. It should be on the charts now - this is better than 99% of the stuff out there today. Amazing song, thanks!
Unfortunately, this style of music is considered too 80s and old-fashioned these days. Nowadays people/kids want to listen to Drake and that pink haired dreadlocks guy rap gucci gang 20 times. Pathetic. Born at the wrong time.
This style never really existed in the 80s. The sounds all come from that time, but the style is much closer to trance than it is 80s pop. More Above and Beyond than anything.
This song brings out so many emotions out of me... Im not sure why. Maybe because the lyrics, the melody, the mood brings me back to the old days where you had a crush on someone and both of you know that you were meant to be but missed out on the timing. Thinking back how you could have been together but it went the way it went. One the electronic songs where you can truly relate to and feel for.
The singer sounds great! I just stumbled here. My god I am blasting this while I am speeding on the freeway! The singer sounds like Brian Anthony Howe from Bad Company late eighties early nineties!
svenningsloth This song has all the feeling to be the best it is like the song "Lost Whitout You" feat. Matt Turckington from the album Reflections!!!👍
god, this song takes me back to a time in my life where I was going through emotional turbulence with a disastrous relationship in 1985. This song takes me right back to that moment, and maybe applies a little healing to old scars........what a beautiful tune......and sad. I don't think i have ever been affected by a song like this one. Well done to timecop1983. It's almost like you were there..... :)
You and me, we're just another movie scene On the silver screen, we both have our parts to play Everything, falls apart as i begin Lies are trapped within, this isn't how it ends I ran to your house but it was too late I stood in the rain but it was too late I called out your name but it was too late Too late, too late I went to the dance but it was too late Got into a fight but it was too late I called you all night but it was too late Too late, too late It's no good, feels like we're in Hollywood But i misunderstood, i didnt see the truth Everyday, i watch the city walkaway Never gonna replay, now that my chance is gone I ran to your house but it was…
Have to admit, I'm falling into the Retrowave trend that seems to be gaining popularity now. The nostalgia for those 1980's problems of having enough shirts with the sleeves cut off for the guys or Aqua-net for the girls.
I am a fan of all 80s nostalgia and I love the authenticity of this song. It sound like it should've been on the top gun soundtrack, or gymkata, or no retreat no surrender. Lol I'ma black dude and a bit of a musician and I can hear this as a Chris brown rendition. Lol but none the less aaaaaaamazzzing....
Your work, along with Lebrock, the Midnight, and Kalax (I hated seeing Kalax fall out of grace with his fans), really got me through some difficult and interesting times in my mid to late 20s. Synthwave is a beautiful genre and will always be written in my heart.
This song should be in a movie or a video game where the main character is leaving and the song plays with flash back of thinks regrets that he or she did
The one that got away, 3am and she cross your mind, What hurts most you later go to her wedding..Sitting in the back of the church..you know it was to late.✌😢
It's a nice song; however, I feel like LeBrock (which I love) works a lot better on darker songs such as "Call Me", "Please Don't Cry", "Dangerous Dreams", "Juice", "All Night", etc. than on ballad-like songs like this.
I think this song (too late) offers some other spectrum of his voice though. Really like the fact that it's very emotional, in some way it brings more depth into the artist so it will not be one dimentional. Music is also art and art can come in any forms and shapes.
Dude, I was born in the 70s, came of age in the 80's, and let me tell you, the has noting but ROCK POWER BALLAD written all over it. Like Guns n Rose's November Rain, Queensryche Silent Lucidity, and LA Guns What Happened to Jane. Sorry to say, but power ballads get the radio play.
It seems like that you made some mistakes in the lyrics. "I called out your name but it was too later". Shouldn't there be a comma instead of an 'r'? This appears two times.
This is a pretty good song, but I can't stand the singer. Maybe if they got someone like Ollie Wride to sing lead, this could've been a great song. I like pretty much everything else about it, though.

Don S So true, I can't stand Drake especially that God's Plan song, brutally awful!!!
Wait until you hear the new one. God's Plan was a masterpiece next to that...
kiki do ya love me... lol

"I stood in the rain, but it's too late" Damn, this line hits hard 🥺
i know right..
The singer sounds great! I just stumbled here. My god I am blasting this while I am speeding on the freeway! The singer sounds like Brian Anthony Howe from Bad Company late eighties early nineties!
1:33. You can hear the pain in his voice, he's knows it's over. I wonder if there's a real tear jerker behind this song.
i can imagine myself listening to this album 20 years from now and still enjoying it!
I'm in love with this song for over a year now.
I really can't stop listening to this song. Such amazing music. Reminds me of my childhood. LeBrock and Timecop 1983 are a supreme combination.
My two favourite synthwave bands! This is fantastic!
*THE BEST SONG FROM THE ALBUM*
that's impossible to say so soon
svenningsloth This song has all the feeling to be the best it is like the song "Lost Whitout You" feat. Matt Turckington from the album Reflections!!!👍
That's the first song I heard from these guys!
i dont know i like them all :)
Too late. I’m sure we’ve all had someone we felt we would be with forever but reality got in the way. That’s why we love movies.
Wonderful track! The real hit of the album! Thank You Timecop 1983! You're the best!
That guitar solo is just so good! My car and I both thank you!

Synthwave - mindblowing music. Nothing more to say.
One of the best things I've heard in recent memory
Timecop Feat LeBrock it's like a dream come true... super🎉❤
My god , new album of Timecop is already a classic!
nah, god's got nothin' to do with this. He has long since forgotten about us.
This is by far the best track of your album. I'm blessed with your music Timecop1983!
I've listening to so much synthwave stuff, but you're literally "the best". Thanks so much for all the great music!
You and me, we're just another movie scene
On the silver screen, we both have our parts to play
Everything, falls apart as i begin
Lies are trapped within, this isn't how it ends
I ran to your house but it was too late
I stood in the rain but it was too late
I called out your name but it was too late
Too late, too late
I went to the dance but it was too late
Got into a fight but it was too late
I called you all night but it was too late
Too late, too late
It's no good, feels like we're in Hollywood
But i misunderstood, i didnt see the truth
Everyday, i watch the city walkaway
Never gonna replay, now that my chance is gone
I ran to your house but it was…

These guys are awesome. Better than the stuff out there today.
Excellent !
Awesome! I play it over and over.
Impresionante! Emociones muy fuertes de nostalgia!
Such a powerful voice!Such a rad song!
Honestly, as far as lyrical retrowave goes, LeBrock is the best.
beautiful!!!!
Great to see you teaming up with all the best artists : ) Stay cool Timecop
Simply amazing
This deserves way more likes and views.
I get goosebumps when I hear this song!
Synthwave makes me nostalgic for a time period I was too young to remember. Strange.
Literally i’ve fallen in love with this song...
I'm an idiot. I went on google trying to find this original 80s song because I thought this was a cover. That good though.
Original song was released by def leppard in 1983
Johnatan Montilla Carreño that song is similar but not exact..
Welcome to Synthwave ^^
When I hear this, I am taken to my own slow-motion montage, training for my epic final fight. Pure 80s guy movie style 👍
This is an awesome track!
Amazing . . .
incredible song....
Impressive voice so much feeling

amazing song!
The hope of the future, the pain of the present, and the promise of the past all wrapped into one power-packed, time-traveling...
Night Drive.

This song hits differently being heartbroken now 😥😪💔
Very nice,it's amazing
YES YES YES!!! AMMMMMMAZZZING
remind you of Escape from N.Y. too?
Soooooo good! I love your instrumentals. But the vocals and lyrics on this are EPIC ❤😭
So good!
Amazing song
Man I want to go back to 1983, this is the worst time of my life we are living in now.
This song should be in a movie or a video game where the main character is leaving and the song plays with flash back of thinks regrets that he or she did
Great Song. God Save eighties
BUENA CANCION...NOSTALGIA...
SO GOOD.
Am I too late? :D
#lovethissong!
awesome...
The one that got away, 3am and she cross your mind, What hurts most you later go to her wedding..Sitting in the back of the church..you know it was to late.✌😢
Parece muito com AOR e Hard Rock Melodic.
la mejor cancion de los putos 2010s me hizo llorar
Its never too late kids

Still listening 2022
OMG 🤗🤗🤗

too late
👏👍👏👍
Singer sounds just like Def Leppard vocalist
Modern kids are thinking they were born "Too Late!"
Algum BR curtindo esse som ? Deixa o like tamo junto
It was too late

His voice fits perfectly for synthwave-genre music.

Here before everyone says they are from Bon Appetit
2 people so far are sadists!
Instrumental please!! I beg you! xD
An instrumental variation of this track exists in the form of the song 'Memories' off of the 'Lovers Part 2 EP.
It's similar but different I think
That's why I said 'variation.'
that's why he said similar
when you sing without auto tune
oooo
LeBrock sounds a bit like the singer of Stratovarius (?)
Melchior Kotipelto? Nah.
It seems like that you made some mistakes in the lyrics.
"I called out your name but it was too later". Shouldn't there be a comma instead of an 'r'? This appears two times.
I guess he was a little late.
NEVER! remember if you are gonna fuck ‘em fuck ‘em in the heart
I’m in your corner and I’m watching ruclips.net/video/gZp3K60hjzE/видео.html
Im new to Synthwave and i like a few songs, but in combination with vocals its often too cheesy for me. I prefer instrumental tracks from Synthwave.
This is a pretty good song, but I can't stand the singer. Maybe if they got someone like Ollie Wride to sing lead, this could've been a great song. I like pretty much everything else about it, though.
Voice love voice lebrock love this song
