Peaky blinders is one of the best tv shows of the last decade. Definitely worth watching and highly recommended in this gangster epic drama with its well acted, directed, and employs with attention to the detail yet it proves to be a delight
José Miguel Carvalho it’s probably one of the more overrated. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good show, but not as good as you people portray it. Good dialogue, good casting (Tom Hardy was phenomenal), good cinematography. Underwhelming climaxes, low budget action scenes, and a little too dragging at times. Edit: oh and there’s so much things happening off screen between seasons, and the story gets messed up.
@@charleschua9930 I mostly agree, except for the part about it "dragging" at times. With only 6 episodes per season, I often find payoffs don't hold as much weight as they could have with more time
For those who haven't watched this show, know that while watching this, you missed out on the most beautiful part of this show. The expressionism and dialogues. Trust me, some shows feel more of visually pleasing, but Peaky Blinders is one that is both a visual and auditory treat.😌
2:50 I love how it shows Arthur beating someone to death after showing Michael's girlfriend, that's the feeling we all get whenever she decides to chime in.
This scene was heartbreaking but the zoomed out shot when Grace got shot was hella cinematic. Tatiana unbothered and smoking on the side, Arthur looking down the shooter, Tommy and Grace on the floor, and Polly running in that pink gown absolutely nailed it
im literally overjoyed to see the shot of john lighting his cigar at 1:22, thats my favorite scene in the whole show and thats specifically my favorite shot.
