It's like a cooling process in the nuclear reactor. Coolers are used in reactors just the similar way with spiral rotation of water n other elements. First I also think that that was not a smartphone but When I watch that specific separate episode about that ancient site of lady holding a table and phone there is one more statue found with a laptop that also have ports at its breadth/width then rethink about this all one statue can be using something else but three statue at a same place using three different devices makes it a worthy idea that may be they were using tech like smartphones and tablets and because of atomic war everything and all the information and environment gets destructed so humanity struggle to live that's why they left their homes, so technology was lost but now we recreated this technology and once a nuclear atomic or hydrogen war happened then due to disaster humanity again starts from beginning with basic tools.

I do believe there was advance technology and very very intelligent architecture in India but I don't want people to be frictionalize them with Alien technology theories.
