I have been to 4 nd 2 temples since it is in tamilnadu and Kerela .
4 - its really amazing to see it in real. It will be so big nd amazing to watch. Main thing is the all workers ( from architect to sweepers ) who worked for this temple have been recorded as sculpture by the king Raja Raja chola.
2- Thiruvananthapuram temple is so big but you re not allowed to go inside the vault only you can see the god tht too not fully only face , stomach and leg since it is in lying position you cannot see it completely it's really traditional temple u can only go inside if you wear dhoti and without shirt

Before the colonisation rule India was called as a golden bird which means even a simple household lady used to wear 20 kg of gold . The kohinoor diamond which is now in Britain on the Queen's crown was stolen from India ,that diamond is the most precious diamond in the world and *no one has such a big amount* to buy that diamond but unfortunately it was stolen by britishers.

These temples are just some of the many mysterious temples we have here in India. The second temple.. padmanamaswamy temple is in Kerala a.k.a god's own country.. India is not only about Mumbai and Delhi.. go up north and you'll see snow. Go to the west you'll see dessert and rann of kachh. Go to the east and the only thing you'll see are gorgeous tea/coffee plantations with the humblest people around and come down south you'll find the backwaters mesmerising. India is a land where every single district (province) has an entirely different culture than theirs neighbors. Next time you guys visit.. do surely, explore more!🤗

there are so many temples with great architectures... these are what i remember...
    1. Arasavalli Sun Temple is a 7th-century AD Sun Temple at Arasavalli in Andhra Pradesh, India. Specialty of this temple is that the temple is built in such a way that the early morning rays of the sun fall on the feet of the deity twice a year (Uttaraynam - March 9-11 and Dakshinayam - October 1-3), even when the 5 entrance gates are closed.
    2. The Thousand Pillar Temple or Rudreshwara Swamy Temple is a historic Hindu temple located in the town of Hanamakonda, Telangana State, India. It was believed to be constructed during the period between 1175-1324 CE by order of the king, Rudra Deva. The architecturally brilliant temple was designed by the sculptors from the Kakatian dynasty and it depicts the typical Chalukyan style of architecture. The entire temple resembles the shape of a star and the pillars have intricate carvings of artwork on them. In addition to the pillars, the walls of the temple too have fine designs on them which still makes many an artist go spellbound at the quality of workmanship that existed during those days, when technology was not even born. In 2004 when the govt started the renovation because the temple is in bad shape, it came into light that these 1000 pillars were infact build upon a lake.. they couldn't renovate the temple..
    3. the Stambheshwar Mahadev temple is one of the most mysterious temples in India that shares shores with the Arabian Sea. Lord Shiva resides here, and blesses those who dare to venture into it. It is one of the most famous temples in India.
The only weird thing about this temple is that it can be visited only during hours of low tides. In hours of high tides, the temple is swallowed up completely by the sea, and it reappears hours later when the water descends

Kailasa Temple is in Ellora Caves at Aurangabad, India . It's considered greatest architecture in history of mankind , because the way it was built seems unbelievable for even today’s time . The temple was built 1300 years ago . It’s carved out of a mammoth stone/mountain . The Kailasa Temple is notable for its vertical excavation-carvers started at the top of the original rock and excavated downward . At least 400000 tonnes of stones have been removed in the process . About 7000 workers and their future generations worked for 135 years, with chisels, hammers and pickaxes . One small mistake and you have to rebuild the whole temple because it's carved into the rock , that too up to down.
kailasa temple has a vast underground city which even more mysterious and government have totally locked down and no researchers are allowed to go inside. A french historian disclosed that , it has vast underground city and nobody knows why it was built.
During the reign of Mughal emperor, Aurangzeb, the temple was ordered to be demolished along with other Hindu temples nationwide.
For the task in 1682 he sent over 1000 labourers especially to destroy Kailasa Temple; they worked for over 3 years, but could barely manage to disfigure a few statues here and there. It's the solid granite rock that's made so hard to destroy .
Despite of his repeated efforts to tear down Kailasa Temple, Aurangzeb did not found success . Finally he gave up on destroying this temple .

Before islamic Invaders in 10th century India was in its classical Era for thousand years. India was ahead on other civilizations cultures and countries.
In knowledge systems, education, philosophies, art, science, maths and architecture.
India had 27 universities that time.
Indian kings and traders completely indianised the china, Indonesia , Korea and south East Asia but then Islamic marauders started attacking and invading India and destruction of India started.
Today's Indian territory is only 40% territory of original ancient Indian territory.

A temple is such a special place where all living is respected...when we have food in a temple...the small food particle that falls..doesnt go for waste...as even ants get their share and also clean the ground...its the simplicity you feel while sitting down and humbly eating with your hands with everyone else whole heartedly that makes it so special...

5:43 Not only how the pillar hangs from ceiling is a mystery, but even it is said that if the hanging pillar is removed then the whole temple will collapse. This is a mystery. It is said that, The British officer actually had tried to remove it thinking it is of no use because it doesn't touch the ground. But, when he moved it, the carved art works around it got damaged making him stop his work there.
