They are saying what peace does, they said peace is a gift From God, and peace regulates you, Holy spirit gives peace and the peace regulates you, God is peace, they did great explaining it
I don’t disagree with the concept of boldness, but I can also appreciate the idea that once you know Truth and have a relationship with it; there comes a realization of the fear and vulnerability of living lies. I think peace is the harmony of life (mind and heart) of walking out truth.
Just a hunch: With Centering Prayer, meditation, quiet time, fasting, intentionally spending time reading the bible and meditating on the word. I believe with these tools we can create capacity for the Holy Sprit to reside. I believe then the fruits of the Holy Sprit will then create positive vibes/emotions/choices/energy that will assist your nervous system in being more regulated. Hope this helps 🙏🏾💙
Ex addict here. Follow the Spirit and Scripture. The Spirit changes the heart through time and work as you move in faith. Somethings happen overnight others a life time but He is faithful.
