After Magnitsky's death, Browder could have kept quiet, and led a comfortable and safe life, having ample means to do so. But he chose not to. That makes him something of a hero.

Not all heroes wear capes. Mr. Browser did something uncommon, incredibly courageous and even more rare among people in the upper echelon of finance and politics. The world needs more people like him.

There's a plan though to impose a cap on Russian oil, that makes it unprofitable for Russia to supply but if they don't their pipes freeze, wells block and they lose the ability to produce without specialist help, that has been withdrawn in the corporate withdrawal from Russia

Well I'm sure he heard about the oligarch in Europe well it was reported as self inflicted it wasn't and it gets better basically the banks in Russia got scammed with fake diamonds so many things went bad and Putin taking literally billions and it's why he is burning bridges and no one will do business with Russia again

He's been interviewed on PBS (Newshour and Amanpour I believe) in several spots, which is one of the few decent spots imho. If you listen to the shout factories however, he's not generally found there. I think CNN has had him on once or twice.

The next project should be ensuring that nations around the world have a legal framework to prevent stolen money being laundered by their financial institutions. Starting with the UK and Londongrad in particular and followed by Switzerland. At the moment they are just waiting for the next customer.

Glad I checked out this interview. I felt a sense of relief that Bill Browder had interactions with Putin and his likes and is still alive. He has obviously seen and experienced situations in Russia which he wished he didn't have to, but he speaks with maturity and wisdom and the fact that he's passing on what he has learned to younger people can only be a good thing. The world can be a better place because people like Browder, can't say the same of Putin!

At 3:00 in the video, Bill Browder identified himself as a hero when he said "I made a vow to his memory to his family to myself that I would put aside all my business and devote myself to the men who killed him." This is an example of what Sun Tzu called "The Moral Law" (sometimes less accurately translated as the Tao or way). It is because of people like this making a stand that progress inevitably has a positive moral valance.
