Congratulations on doing your first cross country solo! These are the flights that you will never forget for as long as you fly. I remember my first cross country solo like it was yesterday. You were on your way, and before you know it it will be checkride time!enjoy your journey.
Congrats. Just stumbled on your channel. I soloed recently, and did my dual xctry Tuesday morning from 2W2 to KLNS. I am scheduled to fly it solo next Wed. Keep up the great work and good luck with the channel!!!
Nice! supporting my fellow pilot fam! +1 sub, great job. Be safe. I'm keeping my certificate current by flying weekly and recording my flights. Still using a checklist even after 150 hours!
Great video. The narration is perfect, image quality is perfect, emotion conveyed cleared. Congratulations on your achievement. I will follow your channel.
Aviate, navigate, communicate! Do your NWKRAFT. Use 1800wxbrief and generate a standard briefing for yourself…. And have fun! You’re gonna do amazing !!
I fly in Southern CA ( LA basin ) it's packed with traffic. I get flight following. They are having me do diversions, circles, climb heading changes constantly. It's not boring at cruise for me. Plus I Have lots of hand-off's - changing frequencies about every 15 minutes. Lots of radio work.
Don't worry about how many hours you have as a student pilot. Yes, finding the airport is the second most difficult thing after landing. Keep the videos comming, great job, the check ride is close.
Bqk is quite windy due to being inland and close to the interstate, ssi is a much nicer landing, jeckyll is always super windy but a beautiful runway hope you enjoyed your visit
Happy for u. I am a private pilot as well. This video is several months old. I passed my checkride on 2/21/2024. Working on instrument rating now. Congrats on your license and A&P IA

Very Exciting ! Huge milestone !
Just remember Extra time just makes you a better pilot... Take your time... and best of luck to you...
Didn’t you get the stall warning, at about 1.5’, the best hight?
Why not get out and stretch your legs when you get there?
Well done saying that it was student, first solo, to tower!

Toda raba !
I have to keep reminding myself that the air is usually smooth when it comes time to flare .

Asking the tower why another tower is not talking to you. 👍👍👍

It was a nice full stop taxi back lol I did a night XC to ssi and it was very beautiful and memorable. Thank you for watching !!
Did you over control on the rotation? I don’t know.
good flight you need more cameras would be nice to listen to you from inside the cockpit
Thank you! My friend has a headset that does that and I love it. Gonna try to save up for one. They are a little pricey but worth it!
woohoo!!
On my x country solo. I don't remember so many naughty
words.
Lollll come be my pax 😝
❤🎉
Did you solo with foreflight or just paper and dead reckoning? nice video :)
Paper and dead reckoning! And thank you 😊
Whats the longest trip you have taken so far?
My long XC for my private. Hopefully I’ll do sgj to cdk soon though when I can get another pilot to split with me
@@ChloeMichelle-tn8qp I hope you get to do that soon. Looking forward to watching the video.

Do you need a sheet cushion. Looks like you may be low. I find that If I am a bit higher I can see better.
It helps me with my site picture. I make sure I am at about the same height in the aircraft I fly as the school has a few aircraft.
You need to be able to see forward and down.
Not seeing the airport till really late: ive been there!!! I think that happens because of not scanning up down left right enough.
I’m pretty tall, I’m 5’8”, but I wouldn’t mind some extra height!!
Thank you!!! I’m going to remember this when I fly next! Thank you!! Scan down left right will do!!!
Congrats Chloe! Love your channel and am an aviation enthusiast. Obviously I also like to travel thus my channel feel free to check it. Be safe.
